Retail and Craft Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the Great Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon Festival. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
*There will be NO REFUNDS. This event is rain or shine.*No shows/no pay will not be invited to participate in the future.Rules:
1.Your tent should be 10'x10' to fit in the space provided (space provided (14’ x14’). It should be sturdy enough to provide shelter for you and your crafts. Tents must be weighted and should have straight legs and cords.
2.Set-up and take down will only be at times designated by the planning committee. Early tear down will result in not being invited back to future festivals/events.3.The use of the" Great Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon Festival" is not allowed.4..All vendors must sign Hold Harmless below.
