Any vendor applied under the incorrect application will be withdrawn and asked to apply under the correct application.A submitted application is an acknowledgement of the requirement of attendance for all days of the festival if approved as a vendor. 1. A submitted application does not imply acceptance. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their application upon arrival. 2. Only one vendor or business allowed per booth.3. Any vendor who misrepresents the content or intent of their booth will be asked to leave the event area, with NO Refund.4. Only products approved by the City of Sugar Hill will be allowed to be sold at the event.5. Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment; to include weights and tie-downs for securing tents. Trash containers, restroom facilities, and eating areas will be provided. GENERATORS ARE REQUIRED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE APPLICANT. 6. All booth spaces will be outdoors.7. Booth set-up must be completed and ready to sell by 9:30 am. The estimated event end time for vendors is 6:00 pm. 8. Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas at the conclusion of the event. Booths must remain open and shall not be dismantled prior to the event's end. After the event, all merchandise must be packed, and the booth completely disassembled before vehicles will be allowed into the event area for loading and departure. 9. In case of inclement weather, the City of Sugar Hill will inform vendors if the event will be rescheduled, the event is RAIN or SHINE unless otherwise stated.10. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. 11. Images you submit may be used for the marketing of this event.

Early Bird: 10x10 food station	$225.00	Non-refundable	Early Bird pricing for applications submitted before April 25. One, 10X10 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power.
Early Bird: 10X20 Food Station	$275.00	Non-refundable	Early Bird pricing for applications submitted before April 25. One, 10X20 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power.
10x10 food station	$250.00	Non-refundable	Standard pricing for applications submitted before July11th. One, 10X10 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power.
10x20 Food Station	$300.00	Non-refundable	Standard pricing for applications submitted before July 11th. One, 10X20 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power.
Late Application: 10x10 Food Station	$275.00	Non-refundable	Late Application pricing for applications submitted after July 11th. One, 10X10 booth, all items must be displayed inside the parameters of the booth. The vendor will be in charge of providing their own tent and generator should they need power.
Late Application: 10x20 Food Station	$325.00	Non-refundable	Late Application pricing for applications submitted after July 11th. Security Deposit- Damages and Cleaning	$200.00		ONLY in the case where damages or trash are found, a deposit will be charged to the card on file.

I hereby apply for booth space for sale purposes in the City of Sugar Hill event. Having done so, I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations previously set forth in this application. I further understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from the event and I will not be invited nor included in future events sponsored by Sugar Hill. The City of Sugar Hill, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof, assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her/their personal effects, including goods for sale occurring on the premises or arising under Sugar Hill event activities and said exhibitors agree, contest, and acknowledge to hold the City of Sugar Hill harmless for any injury or loss.
