• 10x10 Canopy tent

• Personal chairs

• Tent weights (for high winds) 

• Table cloth or Festive Decor 

Documents:

• Seller’s Permit

• Copy of Photo ID

• City of Vacaville Business License 

• Certificate of insurance that includes BOTH an Additional Insured endorsement AND Primary/Non-contributory endorsement

• Signed City of Vacaville high-risk vendor waiver / agreement to provide insurance.
