Boo Orlando is Central Florida’s newest Halloween event, happening from October 24-26, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each evening.
Created by local event planners, Boo Orlando promises a thrilling, family-friendly experience for all ages, with just the right balance of spooky and fun!

Boo Oralndo Festival: Banner Placement Terms & Conditions
1. Banner Specifications:
1. Banner Specifications:
- Banner size: 8ft x 3ft (provided by business)
- Content: Must comply with festival content guidelines (no offensive, discriminatory, or politically charged material).
- Banner will be placed in the designated high-traffic area near the Fence section and children's carnival area.
- Exact location within the designated area may be subject to change for operational reasons, but guaranteed visibility remains the same.
- Sponsor acknowledges that placement is non-exclusive and other banners may be present within the festival.
- Banner will be included in shots and background footage captured by Fox News LIVE during their festival coverage.
- Sponsor branding in broadcast footage is not guaranteed due to potential editing needs, but best efforts will be made to maximize exposure.
- Banner placement fee: $150
- Payment due: 10/19/2024
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations before 10/19/2024 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 10/22/2024 will incur a 50% fee.
- Sponsor is responsible for providing a print-ready banner or design file according to specifications.
- Festival reserves the right to reject any banner deemed inappropriate or not aligning with festival values.
- Festival will provide installation and removal of the banner.
- Sponsor is responsible for any damage or loss of the banner during the festival.
- By participating, sponsor agrees to allow the festival to use sponsor logo and branding for promotional purposes.
- Sponsor is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for their banner.
7. Disclaimer:
- The Boo Orlando Festival and its organizers are not responsible for any loss of business or other damages incurred by the sponsor due to banner placement or festival participation.
PLEASE bring your banner by 8:30am day of (OCTOBER 24th) - YOU ARE responsible for hanging yourself and pick up by 9:00pm (OCTOBER 26th).
