MiraiCon 2025 Exhibitor Application Information TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to MiraiCon 2025! We are excited to invite vendors and artists (hearby referred to as exhibitor(s)) to join us on our exhibit floor at the Ft. Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center from October 17-19, 2025.
Booth and Table Pricing:
Artist Exhibitor Booths:
Standard 6x3 Table, priced at $200.
Included with Each Booth/Table:
One 6x3 ft table
Two chairs
Two convention badges
**Important Note:** Completing and submitting the exhibitor application does not guarantee placement in the exhibit hall. Selection is subject to space availability and adherence to our guidelines.
Exhibitor Hall Rules & Policies
1. Space and Accessibility:
The width of aisles must be maintained to ensure accessibility for all attendees, including those using wheelchairs.
Displays and merchandise must be confined to the area allocated to you. Encroaching into neighboring spaces or moving tables without permission is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate corrective action, which may include removal from the convention without a refund.
Exhibitors may not ship to the hotel directly.
2. Contract and Subletting:
All exhibitors must have a signed contract on file with MiraiCon. Setup is not permitted without this signed contract.
Subletting or transferring your booth or table to another individual or entity is strictly prohibited. Only the person or organization named in the approved application may occupy and sell from the allocated space.

4. Merchandise Regulations:
All merchandise sold must be officially licensed. Sales of unlicensed videos, DVDs, or any other merchandise are not permitted. MiraiCon reserves the right to investigate and verify the licensing status of merchandise. Vendor exhibitors found in violation will be required to remove such items and may face immediate expulsion from the convention without a refund.
The sale of AI (artificial intelligence) generated artwork is strictly prohibited at MiraiCon. If you are found to be selling items that appear to be generated via AI and cannot provide proof of origin, you may be asked to leave without a refund. MiraiCon and its staff reserve the right to review all merchandise in the exhibit hall.
5. Adult Material:
Adult (18+) material must be displayed discreetly. Graphic images and explicit titles must not be visible to attendees. Proof of age is required for the sale of adult material.
Merchandise promoting or depicting illegal or inappropriate content, such as pedophilia, is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

Exhibitors are responsible for the collection and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes. Ensure compliance with any necessary operating licenses required by local, state, or federal authorities.
9. Insurance and Liability:
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for their property and merchandise. This insurance should cover potential loss, damage, or liability that may occur during the convention.
MiraiCon and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to exhibitors, their associates, or their property.
Insurance coverage is the sole responsibility of the exhitibor, and MiraiCon will not be held responsible for any claims related to property or personal injury.
10. Tape and Adhesives:
Do not use tape, adhesives, or any sticky materials on convention center surfaces, including walls, floors, tables, and chairs.
11. Harassment and Conduct:
Harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior toward other exhibitors, guests, or attendees is not tolerated. You will receive a maximum of one warning. Continued violations will result in removal from the exhibit hall and convention premises, and you will only be permitted to pack your merchandise after exhibit hall hours.

MiraiCon is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other events beyond control. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by such events.
14. Refund Policy:
**If approved, we will allow 75% refund up to 9 months out from show date, 50% refund up to 6 months to show date, and 25% refund up to 3 months till show date. Once the show is 3 months or less away, exhibitors will no longer be eligible for refunds.

****If your application is accepted and approved, a detailed message containing contact information for the onsite coordinator, exhibitor hall map and placement, electricity order form, and load information will be sent out.
