Welcome to the stocking stuffer sign-up for the 15th Annual High Point Holiday Stroll! On Saturday, December 7, 2024 more then 5,900 attendees will fill the streets of High Point to shop, eat, and enjoy a Christmas tradition with loved ones! This application is designed for the retailers that want to offer a free, quality, stocking stuffer to the event attendees that purchased a stocking . This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

About the event

The High Point Holiday Stroll is back! The High Point Holiday Stroll is an annual celebration that brings the community together for a day of festive activities, shopping, dining, and holiday fun. Attendees can enjoy local vendors, open houses, carriage rides, and entertainment for everyone, all while exploring High Point’s unique charm. It’s the perfect way to support small businesses and experience the holiday spirit throughout the city. The event will be Saturday, December 7th, 2024, from 10am to 4pm on North Main Street and adjacent streets! We’re excited to share some exciting updates for this year’s Holiday Stroll—check out what’s new! 🎄 What’s New in 2024 🎄 -Brand Refresh: You may have already noticed; the High Point Holiday Stroll has a fresh new look! We’ve blended tradition with innovation to better reflect the spirit of High Point. We are deeply grateful for Elizabeth’s leadership over the past 14 years, and are pleased to have her continued guidance as she supports us throughout this transition. -Expanded Experiences: This year, we’re adding more excitement with new adult activities, extra vendor markets, a Kids Zone, and free horse-drawn carriage rides. Inclement Weather

The High Point Holiday Stroll is a rain or shine event, and we encourage all vendors to prepare accordingly for varying weather conditions. Please note that the event will only be cancelled in the event of a torrential storm or severe weather conditions deemed hazardous by event organizers.

Eligibility: Only retailers participating in the 15th Annual High Point Holiday Stroll may sign up to offer a stocking stuffer.
Item Quality: The stocking stuffer provided must be a quality, free item for attendees who purchased a stocking. Quality will be determined through application submission.
Participation Commitment: By signing up, you commit to providing enough stocking stuffers for all attendees who purchase stockings (150).
Stocking Stuffers Distribution: Stocking stuffers must be handed out at your retail location during the event on Saturday, December 7, 2024 for the entirety of the event, between 10:00am to 4:00pm, or until your 150 stocking stuffer items run out.
Promotional Usage: Your business will be listed in promotional materials as a participating retailer. To maximize your visibility and ensure that your business stays top of mind all year long, we encourage you to include a branded item that represents your shop or services. Each item should be labeled or tagged with your logo or business name, making it easy for recipients to remember you and come back to shop throughout the year.
Responsibility: Retailers are responsible for managing the distribution of the stocking stuffers and ensuring they are only provided to those with official event stockings that will be marked for 2024.
Approval of Agreement: Submission of this application electronically signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Event Modifications: The organizers reserve the right to modify event details as deemed necessary.
Non-Compliance: Failure to meet the commitment to provide quality stocking stuffers may result in exclusion from future events.
