Approved applications are charged upon acceptance.

Exhibitors will be notified on an ongoing basis as applications are reviewed and a suitable space becomes available.

Booth Prices

Standard vendor spaces are $550 per 10"x10" space, Preferred location vendor spaces are $600 per 10’x10’, and Premium location vendor spaces are $650 per 10’x10’ with a maximum of 6 spaces total permitted. Surcharge for corner placement is $150 per space.

Exhibitor booth locations will be assigned. Exhibitor location preferences will be considered when assigning locations but cannot be guaranteed.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Anime Milwaukee as an additional named insured is required to participate as an exhibitor at Anime Milwaukee.

Booth Add-Ons
Additional badges can be purchased via this application. Pipe & drape, electrical outlets, internet access, and additional skirted tables and chairs can be purchased via the Valley Expo exhibitor portal, or by contacting the Wisconsin Center directly. Please note that your email address will be shared with Valley Expo once accepted so that they can provide you with a login to the exhibitor portal.

Artificially Generated / Edited (AI) Artwork
Anime Milwaukee appreciates the creativity and talents of individual artists. Our goal is to support artists and their content. Taking this into consideration, the sale of all forms of AI-generated art is prohibited within all areas of the AMKE Exhibit Hall, including Artist Alley. Examples include fully AI-generated art, AI-assisted art, editing AI-generated art, overdrawing, or the use of AI art in any manner.

Artists and/or vendors with questionable items will be asked to remove them from the hall. Failure to remove any item when requested by AMKE staff will result in ejection from the exhibit hall and forfeiture of the exhibit space without refund.

Anime Milwaukee (AMKE) is a three-day anime convention that operates at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and Wisconsin Convention Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an estimated economic impact of $3.9 million to the downtown area. We celebrate and educate fans about anime, manga, Asian culture, music and gaming.

Please see the Exhibitor Rules located on our website. Acceptance of a vendor booth constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions in the 2024 Exhibitors packet. This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Prices

10' x 10' Premium Booth	$650.00	Non-refundable	Premium location booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ each, with a maximum allowable height of 12 feet, and include two badges each for a fee of $650 per space. Premium booths will be in the front or front middle of the hall. Vendor booths may consist of a maximum total of six spaces. Each booth space also includes one 6’ table and two chairs. Back wall pipe and drape is provided, but side wall pipe and drape is not supplied. Table linens will be provided.

Corner Space Upcharge	$150.00	Non-refundable	If you would like corner placement in the hall, please add this option onto your request. You may add up to two corners, for endcap placement. These spaces are not guaranteed.
Exhibitor Badge	$0.00	Non-refundable	Please select how many badges you will need for your vendors. Each exhibitor approval comes with 2 badges complimentary, and for each additional badge past that, you are required to purchase additional badges (option below).
Additional Badges	$65.00	Non-refundable	Each exhibitor approval comes with two badges. You may purchase 2 badges per booth space purchased, up to an additional 8 badges, for a total of 10 badges overall if purchasing 4 booths.
Standard 20-Amp 120v Power Drop	$200.00	Non-refundable
Internet Access	$100.00	Non-refundable	Internet access provided via password for use throughout the weekend.
Japanese Snack / Food Buyout	$275.00	Non-refundable	This is the required food buyout fee that will be passed to the convention center in order to be eligible to sell Japanese candy / prepackaged snacks in the convention center. If you do not have this buyout on your application you are not allowed to sell any food items in the convention center.
