| RETURNING ARTIST - 10'x10' Outdoor Space | $350.00 | Non-refundable | Please note: To qualify as a “Returning-Artist”, past participation must be between 2021 – 2024 and must be able to be verified. All Artist Fees due at time of artist application. Tents will be provided by the City of Henderson. No personal tents will be allowed. |

| Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $200.00 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations (including Early Move-Out) will result in artist being charged a $200 Non-Compliance Fee at time of occurrence. |
