Can't get into Megacon?  Don't want to spend the 1500+ for a booth?  Feeling left out?  WE ARE TOO! - So we are doing something about that.  By hosting a show DURING MEGACON!  At Avanti Palms on I-DRIVE!  Come and be part of our event... there are over 100k people in the area ready to spend.   Our show will FIRST be an "after party" for Megacon opening at 5pm on Friday and running until 11pm (subject to change).  With a full bar and music at the show.    Then Saturday we will start early at 9am to get Megacon guests as they head to the SOLD OUT Megacon show.   Hours are subject to change.   Be a part of something new...  and lets see if we can make some great sales by offering a cheaper alternative event the same weekend.     Vendor pricing reflects current pricing from the hotel which has doubled since we originally booked this space in 2020. Sorry guys.   Your table includes:  Table & 2 chairs, and 2 vendor wristbands.  You would have 4/5ft behind you depending your space for shelving, etc.    Included: 1 Table 2 Chairs 2 Vendor Wristbands Vendor Parking (as you can find it at the hotel   Load-in / Setup:  Friday Setup will start at 12 noon (Most likely)  We will be OPEN from 5-11pm Saturday Setup will start at 7am. Show opens at 9am   Tear-down / Pack-up:  You can begin pack-up / tear down 30 min prior to closing if you choose to do so.  We sell tickets at the door until 3:30pm for this event. If you choose to tear down earlier then 3:30pm you will not be considered for a future Florida Toy Shows event.

Cancellations & Refunds:  You can cancel and get a refund more then 7 days out from the show.  Within 7 days no refunds are given. (Some special circumstances do apply where we give discounts or credits so please ask prior to cancelling if this comes up)   You need to arrive 30 min prior to the opening of the show otherwise your table may be forfeited as a cancellation.
