About the event

The largest and longest-running Scottish festival in Florida’s Panhandle, featuring top tier entertainment, Highland games, piping, artisan vendors, children activities, delicious food and so much more. And for the first time in festival history, it will span over two-days! What began over 30 years ago on the grounds of Grace Presbyterian Church, has blossomed into a vibrant celebration of heritage and fun, drawing crowds from all over the world.

Terms & Conditions

Friday, 28 February 28th after 12:00 Noon or on Saturday March 1st (7:00am – 8:00am). Vehicles must be parked in general parking outside of the Event Field area by 8:30am. You MAY set up your own tent in the PCBSF specified area and secure your equipment.

**No pets are permitted on Festival grounds (Clan Mascots only). NO REFUNDS – Unless approved by the PCBSF Management.

I understand and agree that I will hold the Celtic Heritage Alliance, Inc. (CHA), or the Panama City Beach Scottish Festival (PCBSF) Operator, its members, and its insurance carrier harmless in the event that I personally suffer an injury or accident during the hours of setup, operation, and take-down of the Panama City Beach Scottish Festival. I (or my own insurance carrier) will pay my own medical bills and I will not file any claim against the CHA, PCBSF, or the Panama City Parks and Recreation organization(s) for any injury.
