EXHIBITOR APPLICATION and RULESMy organization requests exhibitor space at Triangle Vegfest Holiday Market to be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m on Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024, at Lonerider Brewery in Wake Forest, NC. We are thrilled to have you as a vendor for our Vegan Pop Up Market. We will be setting up outside in back of the brewery in their event space, but will move inside if the weather doesn't cooperate. Indoor Space inside the Brewery - One table (6 or 8 foot)
Outside Space - Setup your own tent/tables/chairs

󠄀We need electricity Please include an additional $10 and we will position your vendor booth at the brewery close to an electrical outlet. There is limited access to electricity. Generators are not allowed inside, only outside.

Exhibitors agree to make no claim for any reason against festival coordinators or Triangle Vegfest for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of goods, nor for any injury to themselves, their employees or volunteers, or market visitors incurred at the festival. Exhibitors agree to indemnify festival coordinators and Triangle Vegfest against litigation and hold them harmless for any liability arising out of the exhibitor’s participation in the market. Exhibitors agree to accept full responsibility for any such loss, theft, damage, destruction of goods, or injury caused or experienced by the exhibitor. Exhibitors will supply a COI (certificate of insurance) naming Triangle Vegfest/Vegfest Expos as an additional insured and a COI naming as an additional insured or a waiver of liability prior to vending at the event.

Prices

Vendor stalls are provided by venue	$50.00	Non-refundable	Space for a 6 or 8 foot table inside or a 10x10 spot outside using your own tables/chairs/tent (outside only).
Electricity	$10.00	Non-refundable	Adding electricity to your booth, you'll be placed where you have access to power. This is for ONE 20 amp plug.
Green Spinach Sponsor	$100.00	Non-refundable	You’re unable to attend, but still want to advertise Recognition on Veganfest Website and social media Business card or flyer included in our goodie bags Can be added to your vendor fee for additional promotion
