About the application

Join us for an exciting BBQ Cook-Off to raise funds for a mobile food kitchen supporting past and current veterans, as well as active-duty military personnel. Enjoy a day filled with mouthwatering BBQ, live music, and community fun!

Event Details:

Date: November 16th (11-5pm) & November 17th (11-4pm)
Time: Doors open at 11:00 AM (BBQ teams must be ready by 11:00 AM)
Location: 3500 Bear Creek Ct Dallas Tx 75261
Entertainment: DJ starts at 11:00 AM, Live Music begins at 1:00 PM
Vendors ( 1 or 2 days)
- 40 spots
- Size 10x10
- Cost 1day $80
- 2 day $150

Food truck
- 3 spots
- Cost 20% of sales at the end of each day
- Can pay a flat fee of $100 for one day or $200 for two days

- Must provide all your own set up
- Do not have to tear down at night but event is not healed responsible for theft or damages

Special Event Highlight:

Dinner: Saturday at 6:00 PM - $75 per person (includes dinner)
Activities: Cash bar, silent auction, and live auction

🚨PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING!🚨

✅ Food vendors must have Dallas County and food handlers certificates.
If you fall under the cottage law then you only have to have food handlers certificate.

✅ We require that every vendor treats every co-vendor with kindness and respect. If you have any issues at all please let us know.
✅ Please bring your own tables, chairs, tablecloths and decorations. We will not have any equipment provided onsite.
✅ Cancelation policy at least a week (if no show day of event you will not be invited back)
✅ No Refunds (this is a rain or shine event) if there is lightning with in 5 miles then the event will be canceled for the safety of everyone.

Prices

Food Truck	$20.00	Non-refundable	Food Trucks will be charged 20%of your credit card sales at the end of the event. If you want to pay a flat fee it will be $100 for one day or $200 for both days. Must Be Present For Both Days. There is a $20 deposit that is Non-Refundable but will be subtracted off the total at end of day.
