Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the 11th annual Black Bear Festival! With more and more happy faces attending the Black Bear Festival each year from all across the country and the world, we strive to make our festival BIGGER and BETTER each year!  The National Black Bear Festival 2025 will be the best yet!  As always, we will do everything to provide a fun and safe festival for all.  Please make sure to read this application in its entirety and complete all requirements, including signatures, so that there is no delay in your submission.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.  This is an electronic agreement and by your submission, you are validating and approving this agreement.  We can not wait to partner with all of you to make this National Black Bear Festival on June 6th and 7th wonderful beyond imagination!
 

1. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance and booth space.2. Applications are accepted on a space-available basis. 3. Provide a clear and accurate description of your products on the application along with photos of examples of your food and trailer or truck setup. Please make sure that you send your complete menu.  4. If you sell unapproved food items, you may be asked to leave. Either way, you will be banned from this festival in the future.5. The National Black Bear Festival cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of food or drink items.6. All applications must be received by April 1, 2025. All booth sites will be assigned ten days prior to the event with confirmation sent as soon as assignments are completed. Applicants who do not include the specific measurements of their trailers may not receive timely placement. Please make sure to include them in your initial application.7. Payment information for space must accompany application. The application fees will be deducted once you have been approved for the festival. 8. Registration fees are non-refundable with the exception of confirmed cancellations made prior to May 1, 2025*  9. Food vendors must include proof of Insurance with their applications.10. Absolutely no T-shirt sells or raffles are allowed. 11.Vendor set up time on Friday, May 31st will be assigned according to their location.  It is important that you pay close attention to the time you are given for set up this year.  Not arriving at your allotted time may result in your booth location being changed to an overflow area.  12. You are responsible for items left at your booth. 13. All vendors must clean the area around their booth space(s) before they leave at the end of the day. 14. The need for a larger than 20 service amp electrical hook-up must be communicated, paid for,  and approved in advance. 15. Generators are not allowed unless you have communicated the need for one in this application and had it approved. 16. The National Black Bear Festival Committee reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Festival if it feels the vendor is in violation of the rules and regulations or the spirit of the Festival. BOOTH FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF A VENDOR IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES.
