About the application

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Category A:  Food Trucks or Vendors Preparing & selling food at the event  $200 for each space

 

Category B:  Carts/Booths Selling pre-packaged or already prepared food products at the event - $150 for each space

 

In addition to this Application Form, you must submit the required paperwork and fees for Somerset County Health Department and/or Borough of Bound Brook.   

 

If required, Food Vendors must have a fire extinguisher on site and conform to all fire inspector and health inspector codes.

 

A special permit from the Bound Brook Fire Departmetn may be requiredd if you are using propane, charcoal, gasoline or open flame, fryer, gas generator, etc.)

 

Ansul Fire Suppression System if you use an Ansul Fire Suppression System you will need all required maintenance & inspection certificates to be up to date.

 

Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required when serving ANY type of food, including prepackaged items. See the names of all parties that must be included on your COI below.

Terms and Conditions : Artisan and Crafter Market
Vendor Agreement
 
Setup/ Break Down: All Exhibitors must be set up and ready to sell by1:00PM on the day of the Market. Exhibitors may begin setting up by 10:00AM the day of the market/fair.
 
Break down can start no sooner than 6:00PM on the day of the market/fair and must be completed by 7:00PM. No vendor is to close before the official closing time. Sellers are responsible for their selling spaces.

 

*Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash-free.
 
Staffing:  booths must be manned at all times and intact until show closes. The Bound Brook Revitalization Partnership (BBRP) is not responsible for merchandise or display materials.
 
Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. The BBRP expressly disclaims any responsibility for same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his/her employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the market/fair.
 
Exhibitor Spaces: Exhibitor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for market/fair attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request with your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first- served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment.
 
One Business per table: Only one (1) business per space; space may not be sublet or shared without prior approval of an authorized staff of the BBRP administration.
 
Acceptance: The BBRP reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the Artisan and Crafters Market.
 
Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the selected space and is due with the submission of this agreement.
 
Music: Music will be provided throughout the space.
 
Tables & Chairs: Each Exhibitor must furnish his or her own chairs, tables, stands, tent or canopy.
 
Electricity: Electricity is not provided for BBRP vendor markets. Vendors may bring their own generator or portable power sources. 
 
Cancellation of space: Application fees are not refundable. The BBRP is not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the Exhibitor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation as an Exhibitor. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non-participation.
 
Indemnification: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the BBRP from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Exhibitors at The BBRP's Artisan and Crafters Markets.

Application fees $25 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
