The City of Thomaston is excited to announce the 4th Annual Art & Soul Fest! Activities will begin in Downtown Thomaston on Thursday, April 17th with our Film Competition at The Ritz Theatre, on Friday, April 18th there will be celebration downtown with Food trucks, Live music and a sip n' stroll, and the festival will conclude at Greatest Generation Park on Saturday, April 19th with our Party in The Pines. TERMS & CONDITIONS
No rain date or refund due to inclement weather.
Cancellations that occur after applicant is accepted will be non-refundable.
Registrations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
A map showing vendor locations will be distributed to the exhibitor.
Event Setup Times: Friday (2-4PM) Saturday (8-10AM) Spaces will be clearly marked.
Vendor agrees to have booth set up and ready for viewing by 4pm on Friday and 10 AM on Saturday
Cooking or preparing of food items are only allowed in the designated area
All display props including tables, chairs, tents, etc. for the booth will be provided by the exhibitor. Please bring tent weights or tie downs to protect against the wind
City of Thomaston reserves the right to reject or remove from the market any items considered unsuitable.
Access to Electricity is available for $15. We are unable to provide power for food trucks.
Before leaving your space you must clean up any trash, etc. Please do not leave any unsold items.
Vendor will also give a list of Items that will be sold.
Notification of booth assignments will be given one week in advance by email.

Prices

Food Truck Vendor Space	$100.00	Non-refundable	If you upload your City of Thomaston Vendor Permit, this fee will be half off.
Food Vendor Space	$50.00	Non-refundable	Your $50 Vendor Fee will cover (1) 10x10 Space.
Electrical Fee	$15.00	Non-refundable	Fee for booth electricity. Unable to provide power to food trucks.
