The Fan Experience will take place at Georgia International Plaza, 1 State Farm Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303, on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This event will take place rain or shine.
Merchant vendors are permitted to sell until one hour after the conclusion of the game.
VENDOR ARRIVAL
Vendors must arrive and drop off all products on the morning of Friday, December 13, 2024. On-site vehicle access will not be permitted on Saturday morning (12/14). Security from GWCC Police will be in place overnight. If you are unable to deliver your items on Friday morning, please do not apply, as there will be no exceptions for Saturday drop-offs, and all fees are non-refundable. Anyone arriving on Satuday morning, will be turned away and no refund will be issued.
SETUP
Vendors may choose to set up immediately after unloading on Friday; however, vehicles must be moved to the Red Deck once unloading is complete. Vendors are responsible for covering parking fees, and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated in the Red Deck. Vehicles cannot remain parked on the street after unloading. Please ensure your vehicle is moved before beginning your setup.
SPACE PROVISION
Each vendor will receive a 10x10 booth space, three 6-ft tables, two chairs, and lights. No additional amenities will be available, so plan accordingly for your staffing and guest needs. Generators are not allowed.
SHOW-READY REQUIREMENT
All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event without exception.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required to secure your booth. Upon approval, your payment method will be charged. Applications are subject to a 3% transaction fee plus local taxes, and refunds will not be provided. Please note that your card will be charged immediately upon submission of your application. with no delay in payment processing. Remember, no refunds will be issued, so review the terms carefully before submitting.
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS
Electronic signatures on this application carry the same legal validity as physical ones. By signing, you authorize ACLIPSE, LLC to complete and sign credit, charge, or debit slips for fees related to this application, including cleaning, damage repair, or replacement of rented items in cases of loss or damage.
RETURN OF SPACE, EQUIPMENT, AND CLEANING FEES
Vendors must leave their booth space clean and dispose of all trash in designated areas. All rented equipment must remain in place after the event. Any unauthorized removal of equipment will result in additional charges.
TENTING POLICY
Each vendor will be provided one 10x10 tent. No additional tents or tables may be set up outside this space.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Vendors must provide only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” for customer purchases. Non-clear bags must not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” and any non-clear bags exceeding this size are prohibited.
MERCHANDISE PHOTO UPLOAD
In compliance with Mercedes Benz Stadium security protocol, vendors must submit images of all sale items at the time of application. Please include a detailed description and dimensions for non-clothing items, such as blankets or rally towels. Applications lacking required images at the time of submission will not be processed.
