Artist Agreement

Top Taco is the ultimate food competition where 40 of the top local restaurants compete for NOLA Board trophies for Top Taco and Top Margarita in New Orleans. Tickets are all-inclusive and the event includes 3 stages of live music, DJs, lounges, and a premium VIP Experience featuring the top BBQ joints in the city.

We provide the stage, sound, lighting, and backline for all live performances. Water, soda, and beer included in a private backstage area with a private restroom. Parking for 1 vehicle is included. Additional vehicle spots may be available by request. We will provide one VIP entry for each band member guest who arrives with the band. The Performer agrees that the fee is inclusive of all expenses, accommodations, holiday entitlements, and traveling expenses to and from the venue, and covers any cost incurred by the Performer whatsoever, except as expressly provided in this agreement.   Payment will be provided at the conclusion of the event and can be picked up at the Headquarters tent. For your convenience a w-9 is attached to this application. Please provide us with a signed copy. Force Majeure:Neither the Performer nor the Client will be held liable for any failure to perform its
obligations under this Agreement where such breach is due to any of the following: acts
or regulations of public authorities, labor difficulties or strike, inclement weather,
epidemic, interruption or delay of transportation service, acts of God, or any other
legitimate cause beyond the reasonable control of the Performer and the Client.  Recording of the Performance
We would like advance notice if there will be recording or transmitting of the Performance by
anyone through any means whatsoever. We would also like access to said recordings for our own personal
use. Likewise, Client will share any photos and recordings of performers and performances by request. Permits
The Client warrants and represents that it has obtained any and all permits, approvals,
licenses and variances necessary for the Performance.
Security
The Client will take reasonable precautions for the safety of the Performer and the
Performer's equipment during all aspects of the Performance and at all times while the
Performer and the Performer's equipment is on the Venue premises. The Client is also
responsible for ensuring that only the Performer and its designated technicians and
representatives are allowed on stage or in the backstage area.
