1. Application Process
All applications must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late applications may not be considered.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. The event organizer reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on space availability, event theme, or other considerations.
2. Vendor Fees and Payments
Approved vendors must pay the application fee after completion of this application
All payments are non-refundable.
3. Permits and Licenses
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, or certifications required by local, state, or federal authorities to operate at the event.
Vendors must comply with health and safety regulations applicable to their products or services.
4. Set-Up and Break-Down
Vendors must adhere to the event schedule for set-up and break-down. Early pack-up or late set-up without prior approval may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all equipment and materials required for their booth.
5. Booth Specifications
Booth assignments are determined by the event organizer and are non-transferable.
Booths must be maintained in a clean and professional manner throughout the event.
Vendors may not exceed their allocated space without prior approval.
6. Product and Service Guidelines
Vendors may only sell or promote products or services listed in their approved application.
Any changes to product offerings must be approved in writing by the event organizer.
The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
7. Liability
The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk.
8. Vendor Sponsorship Package:
To have your business promoted through North Atlanta Events' marketing platforms, vendors must purchase a Vendor Sponsorship Package at one of the following tiers: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. Each package offers distinct promotional benefits, and details can be provided upon request. Without purchasing a sponsorship package, promotion of your business through North Atlanta Events will not be provided.
9. Social Media Tagging Requirement:
If vendors post or advertise their participation in events through their own social media or other marketing channels, they must tag North Atlanta Events in the posts to ensure proper recognition and collaborative visibility. This applies to all event-related promotional posts shared with followers. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in future participation opportunities being restricted.
10. Conduct
Vendors must always conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
Behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate by the organizer may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
11. Event Modifications or Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including location, date, or time, at their discretion.
If the event is canceled, vendors will be notified promptly and given a rescheduled date.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of vendor privileges without refund.
