About the application

Previous Attendance: 65,000 throughout the three day event
 
St. Patrick’s Day Festival & Parade including Entertainment, Carnival Rides, Midway Games, and Food Booths. For audiences of all ages!
 
This will be the 20th year hosted by the City of Henderson. 
 
Vendor space is limited to 12 spaces total, we encourage vendors to apply in a timely manner.

Prices

Application fee $20 Non-refundable Non-refundable and due at time of application submission
10'x10' Booth Fee $250 Non-refundable 1 booth per vendor / fee includes tent. Vendors requesting 10x20 booth space will be placed on a wait list, should space be available at time of application deadline, 10x20 booth space will be approved to vendors in order of when request was received. 10x20 booth space will be charged a higher booth fee.
10'X20' Booth Upgrade Fee $150 Non-refundable Booth Upgrade Fee for a 10x20 booth space. Vendors requesting 10x20 booth space will be placed on a wait list, should space be available at time of application deadline, 10x20 booth space will be approved to vendors in order of when request was received.
Late Fee $100 Non-refundable A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the December 16, 2024, deadline.
Non-Compliance / Damage Fee $100 Non-refundable Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $100 fee at time of occurrence.
