Application fee | $20 | Non-refundable | Non-refundable and due at time of application submission |
10'x10' Booth Fee | $250 | Non-refundable | 1 booth per vendor / fee includes tent. Vendors requesting 10x20 booth space will be placed on a wait list, should space be available at time of application deadline, 10x20 booth space will be approved to vendors in order of when request was received. 10x20 booth space will be charged a higher booth fee. |
10'X20' Booth Upgrade Fee | $150 | Non-refundable | Booth Upgrade Fee for a 10x20 booth space. Vendors requesting 10x20 booth space will be placed on a wait list, should space be available at time of application deadline, 10x20 booth space will be approved to vendors in order of when request was received. |
Late Fee | $100 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the December 16, 2024, deadline. |
Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $100 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $100 fee at time of occurrence. |
