Application Processing Fee | $20 | Non-refundable | Non-refundable and due at time of application submission |
Booth Fee | $550 | Non-refundable | This includes a 10'x20' booth space. All vendor equipment must fit within the 10'x20' space allotted; If not you will be required to purchase a larger booth space. |
10'x8' SNACK KIOSK / CART / BOOTH | $250 | Non-refundable | This space offered as a 10x10 space for SINGLE ITEM Snack Vendors Only. |
10'x8' KIOSK/CART/WORK SPACE | $250 | Non-refundable | Offered as ADDITIONAL space only, upon space availability; must have applied for 10’x20’ space. |
Vendor Non-Compliance / Damage Fee | $250 | Non-refundable | Failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $250 fee at time of occurrence. |
Power Fee | $100 | Non-refundable | This optional fee will be charged if the vendor uses power provided by the City of Henderson. City will supply power only. Applicant responsible for supplying all electrical cords / extension cords / electrical connectors/plugs required for operating. |
Late Fee | $100 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who have been accepted to participate upon a space-available basis and who applied to participate after the December 16, 2024, deadline. |
