1. Event Details: The High Point Holiday Stroll is an outdoor event held rain or shine in High Point, North Carolina, on Saturday, December 7th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Vendors will be placed in the First Bank Parking Lot (1200 N Main St)
2. Vendor Responsibilities: Accepted vendors are required to provide their own tents, chairs, and tables for their booth setup. Tents MUST be white, tan/cream/beige, or business branded.
3. Electricity: Please be advised that there will be no access to electricity for vendors at this event.
4. Sales and Transactions: All sales and transactions are conducted solely between the vendor and the customer. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any disputes, liabilities, or damages arising from transactions during the event.
5. General Merchandising Guidelines: We kindly remind all vendors that our event fosters a family-friendly environment, and thus all products offered must align with this ethos. We strictly prohibit the display or sale of items containing nudity or explicit content. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
6. Liability: Liability: All vendors and food trucks participating in the High Point Holiday Stroll are solely responsible for the safety and security of their own products. Vendors are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and the venue facilities from all liability that might follow from and cause including but not limited to accident or injury to invitees, guests, exhibitors, their agents, employees, volunteers, including loss or damage to personal property, rain or shine. By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and accept this liability clause. Please note: we request proof of liability insurance in this application, however, if it is unavailable you MUST sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the event.
7. Refunds:
- All sales are FINAL - method of payment is charged upon approval.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for no-call or no-show.
- No refunds for inclement weather.
8. Inclement Weather: The High Point Holiday Stroll is a rain or shine event, and we encourage all vendors to prepare accordingly for varying weather conditions including bringing a be white, tan/cream/beige, or business branded tent. Please note that the event will only be canceled in the event of a torrential storm or severe weather conditions deemed hazardous by event organizers.
Please note that this event will take place during the winter, where conditions such as temperature and wind can vary. We advise vendors to stay on top of local weather reports to determine appropriate dress and vendor set-up.
9. Application Approval: Please note that you must receive an official approval message via Eventeny to be officially considered as a Non-Food Vendor for this event. Application status emails will be sent from express@eventeny.com. Please make sure to check your spam folder to ensure you don’t miss these important messages. Your credit card will not be charged until your application has been approved.
By submitting the Non-Food Vendor Application, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of booth privileges without refund.
