About the application

This application allows bands to apply for the opportunity to play at our exciting festival. It collects essential information including band name, genre, availability, and pricing. Bands can also upload promotional materials, such as press kits and performance videos, to showcase their talent. With fields for contact details and a brief description of their act, this form helps us match the right bands with the festival's vibrant atmosphere. Terms & Conditions

After Review of application, IF selected to participate in this event, Battle Bros Events will contact the applicant to propose a time slot, and agree on the hiring rate of the performance. 

 

If agreed, Battle Bros Events will approve the applicaiton and confirm the applicant's participation. 

 

Applicant understands that submission of this application is NOT a guarantee of approval, this is a review process.

 

At time of approval, this application serves as an electronic contrantract outlining the below terms:

 

  • Host will secure stage, sound, lighting and production via a 3rd party company.

  • Band will arrive on-time/early and perform for the agreed upon time frame.

  • Band will promote the event on their social media platforms and by word of mouth.

  • Host will make an email introduction between the Band and the Production/Stage Company, so they can discuss their stage plot points, and answer any questions the band may have before the event.
  • Host will provide the band will all important information, including directions, load-in instructions, and any other details at least 2 weeks prior to the dateof the event. 
  • Host will submit payment, in full, on the day of the event, after the performance or within 5 business days of the conclusion of the event.

  • Band and Host understand that this is a Rain/Shine event. **If weather impacts the event to the point that the band does not perform at all, the host will submit a 50% payment.

  • If the event is cancelled due to an Act of God (Hurricane etc.) and no performance takes place, no payment will be due, and host will work to reschedule the event.

  • Minimum pictures required: 1
  • If approved to participate in this event, we will want to have your Logo on file, as well as good pictures of your band performing live to use in marketing you for the event. Please provide what you can.
