Break down: Vendor break-down BEGINS WHEN THE EVENT ENDS and must be completed in 1 hour. You are responsible for putting all items in trash.
Additionally:
â— North Atlanta Events, nor any of its representatives can be held liable for any damage or theft to your company's products.
â— Event is Free to the public to attend.
â— Vendor may have door prize drawings at their tables. Vendor must provide forms or tickets for their drawing, and are responsible for conducting and rewarding their own drawing.
â— No candles may be lit at any time of the event.
â— Vendor Layout is subject to change at the discretion of North Atlanta Events
â— No standing banners or other objects shall be placed where they interfere with another vendor’s display.
â— Vendor gives permission for any photos and video taken at the event to be used in event publicity.
â— Vendor agrees to promote the event in their place of business and/or with their clients and on social media.
â— Vendor agrees to release North Atlanta Events, Karah VanHoose from any liability or loss during the event.
â— North Atlanta Events reserves the right to request any vendor displaying inappropriate material or behavior to desist or depart without refund.
â— Vendor acknowledges and agrees that North Atlanta Events nor any and all parties associated shall not be held responsible for any shortfall in vendor's sales and/or quota. North Atlanta Events does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the level of sales or achievement of quota for the vendor.
â— Payment for table and/or additional tables is due at signing
Indemnity Agreement
Vendors and related/partner organizations agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless North Atlanta Events and its agent (hereafter referred to as the Organizer) from any loss or damage to persons or property arising out of participation in registered events. Vendor understands that the Organizer has the exclusive right to cancel the event due to inclement weather or national emergency and agrees that the Organizer will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage the Vendor suffers as a result of such a decision. The Tree Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any property involved with the registered events.
CANCELLATIONS - PLEASE READ
â— No refunds will be given for any reason. Vendors will be invited to participate in a future event run by North Atlanta Events, which must be by December 31, 2024. This releases North Atlanta Events in full from any further obligation
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This event is open to all ages; however, we encourage family units to attend together.
2. Liability Disclaimer: North Atlanta Events and its affiliated third-party entities are not liable for any actions, misjudgments, or misappropriations by minors and/or adults during the event.
3. Behavior Policy: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the North Atlanta Events venue.
4. Compliance: By attending the event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules set forth by the venue or event organizers.
5. Amendments: North Atlanta Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes.
6. Acknowledgment: Your attendance at the event signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Arrive at The Collections of Forsyth at or before 2:00PM. If arriving early please contact Karah Vanhoose at 706-218-5512 and inform on the specified time of arrival. Must be ready and in place at 4:00PM. Break down will begin approximately at 7:00PM.
