On behalf of the entire North Atlanta Events team, we would like to extend a warm welcome to you as a valued small business vendor. We are thrilled to have you as part of our community and look forward to helping you grow and succeed in the bustling North Atlanta market.

At North Atlanta Events, our vision is to create a vibrant platform where local businesses like yours can connect with customers, network with fellow entrepreneurs, and showcase your products/services to a wide audience. *****************************UNLOAD IN/LOAD OUT*************************
•Address: 400 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144 / Center Court
 We will provide a table, linen and 2 chairs 
•Set up time starts at 9:00 am on the day of the event.  
•Use Service Court 8 (to the right of the main entrance to the mall / entrance door is in the middle ) to unload and enter the mall for set up. Parking is located between Belk and JCPenney. Your car must be moved from the unloading area within 30 minutes
 Park in the parking lot between Belk and JCPenney.
•The event starts at 11am and ends at 6pm.
 

*********************BREAK DOWN INSTRUCTIONS*************

Break down: Vendor break-down BEGINS WHEN THE EVENT ENDS and must be
completed in 1 hour. You are responsible for putting all items in trash.

Additionally:
● North Atlanta Events, nor any of its representatives can be held liable for any
damage or theft to your company's products.
● Event is Free to the public to attend.
● Vendor may have door prize drawings at their tables. Vendor must provide forms
or tickets for their drawing, and are responsible for conducting and rewarding
their own drawing.
● No candles may be lit at any time of the event.
● Vendor Layout is subject to change at the discretion of North Atlanta Events
● No standing banners or other objects shall be placed where they interfere with
another vendor’s display.
● Vendor gives permission for any photos and video taken at the event to be used
in event publicity.
● Vendor agrees to promote the event in their place of business and/or with their
clients and on social media.
● Vendor agrees to release North Atlanta Events, Karah VanHoose from any
liability or loss during the event.
● North Atlanta Events reserves the right to request any vendor displaying
inappropriate material or behavior to desist or depart without refund.
● Vendor acknowledges and agrees that North Atlanta Events nor any and all
parties associated shall not be held responsible for any shortfall in vendor's sales
and/or quota. North Atlanta Events does not guarantee or make any
representations regarding the level of sales or achievement of quota for the
vendor.
● Payment for table is due at signing

Indemnity Agreement
Vendors and related/partner organizations agree to defend, indemnify and hold
harmless North Atlanta Events and its agent (hereafter referred to as the Organizer)
from any loss or damage to persons or property arising out of participation in registered

events. Vendor understands that the Organizer has the exclusive right to cancel the
event due to inclement weather or national emergency and agrees that the Organizer
will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage the Vendor suffers as a result of such
a decision. The Tree Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the
Organizer from any property involved with the registered events.

CANCELLATIONS - PLEASE READ
● No refunds will be given for any reason. Vendors will be invited to participate
in a future event run by North Atlanta Events, which must be by December 31,
2024. This releases North Atlanta Events in full from any further obligation.

Prices

Single booth $225 Non-refundable North Atlanta Events will provide one 6ft table, two chairs, and one black tablecloth for one 10x10 area spacing. If additional tables are brought and/or need to be rented this will be an additional charge.
Table $25 Non-refundable The booth space fee for a 10x10 is required. This rate comes with one 6ft table, one black tablecloth, and two chairs. The fee for $25 is for each additional table brought by the vendor and/or rented from North Atlanta Events LLC.
Outlet $25 Non-refundable
