Terms and Conditions for the Black Friday Event

1. General Information
- The Black Friday Event is free to the public and open to all attendees.

2. Vendor Participation
- Vendor start times are tentative and will align with the opening store hours of Town Center at Cobb.
- Vendors must be able to set up their tables at least two hours before store opening to ensure a smooth event.

3. Early Departure Policy
- Vendors may not leave the event early unless they are completely sold out of merchandise. This policy ensures a consistent experience for attendees throughout the event.

4. Purchase Timing
- All purchases must be completed by 1:00 PM promptly. Vendors should be prepared for transactions to conclude at this time.

5. Space Availability
- There are only 15 available 10x10 vendor spaces. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Liability
- Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and setup. The event organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to vendor property during the event.

7. Agreement
- By participating in the Black Friday Event, vendors agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined above.
