1. General Information
- The Black Friday Event is free to the public and open to all attendees.
2. Vendor Participation
- Vendor start time is 6:00AM and aligns with the opening store hours of Town Center at Cobb.
- Vendors must be able to set up their tables at least two hours before store opening to ensure a smooth event.
3. Early Departure Policy
- Vendors may not leave the event early unless they are completely sold out of merchandise. This policy ensures a consistent experience for attendees throughout the event.
4. Purchase Timing
- All purchases must be completed by 1:00 PM promptly. Vendors should be prepared for transactions to conclude at this time.
5. Space Availability
- There are only 20 available 10x10 vendor spaces. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Liability
- Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and setup. The event organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to vendor property during the event.
7. Agreement
- By participating in the Black Friday Event, vendors agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined above.

Atlanta Events. Whether you have questions, need assistance with event logistics, or require any other
support, we are just a phone call or email away. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is
seamless and rewarding.
CANCELLATIONS - PLEASE READ
● NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. Vendors will be invited to participate
in a future event run by North Atlanta Events, which must be by December 31,
2025. This releases North Atlanta Events in full from any further obligation.
Additional Terms:
1. Payment for table is due at signing
2. Vendor agrees to stay during the entire event unless your product is sold out or due to an
emergency, in which case you will communicate this to a North Atlanta Events Team
Member.
3. North Atlanta Events, nor any of its representatives can be held liable for any damage or
theft to your company's products.
4. Event is Free for the public to attend.
5. Vendors may have door prize drawings at their tables. Vendors must provide forms or
tickets for their drawing, and are responsible for conducting and rewarding their own
drawing.
6. No candles may be lit at any time of the event.
7. Vendor Layout is subject to change at the discretion of North Atlanta Events
8. No standing banners or other objects shall be placed where they interfere with another
vendor’s display.
9. Vendor gives permission for any photos and video taken at the event to be used in event
publicity.
10. Vendor agrees to promote the event in their place of business and/or with their clients and
on social media.
11. Vendor agrees to release North Atlanta Events, Karah VanHoose from any liability or loss
during the event.
12. North Atlanta Events reserves the right to request any vendor displaying inappropriate
material or behavior to desist or depart without refund.
13. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that North Atlanta Events nor any and all parties
associated shall not be held responsible for any shortfall in vendor's sales and/or quota.
North Atlanta Events does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the level of
sales or achievement of quota for the Vendor.
Indemnity Agreement
Vendor understands that the Organizer has the exclusive right to cancel the event due to inclement
weather or national emergency and agrees that the Organizer will not be liable for any direct or indirect
damage the Vendor suffers as a result of such a decision.
***********UNLOAD/LOAD INSTRUCTIONS*********
•Address: 400 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144
•Set up time starts at 6:00 am on the day of the event.
•Use Service Area 8 or Service area 1 (located to the right of the food court entrance is area 1 and to the left of the food court is area 8, which is in between Belk & JCPenney) to enter & use the middle double doors for access to the mall for set up.
•Your car must be moved from the unloading area within 30 minutes
•After unloading, Please park your car in a regular parking space.
•Vendor breakdown will start at the end of the event and must be completed within ONE hour. Your are responsible for all trash in your designated area.
