Vendor Code of Conduct
RFC strives to provide a safe and fun environment for their vendors, vendor helpers and attendees.
Vendors and vendor helpers at any RFC convention are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner while still having the ability to have fun and enjoy the atmosphere of the convention.
This includes, but not limited to the following items:
Racism/Racist communication towards Range FanCon staff, vendors, volunteers or other parties with whom Range FanCon does business.
Sexual harassment of Range FanCon staff, vendors, volunteers or other parties with whom Range FanCon does business.
Discrimination against Range FanCon staff, vendors, volunteers or other parties with whom Range FanCon does business.
Violence or Violent outburst towards Range FanCon staff, vendors, volunteers or other parties with whom Range FanCon does business.
The theft of or damage/destruction to items belonging to Range FanCon staff, vendors, volunteers or other parties with whom Range FanCon does business.
Any vendor or vendor helper found in violation of any of the above issues will be given ONE (1) verbal warning. Any subsequent violations will result in the vendor and any vendor helpers being asked to remove their items from their booth space and leave the convention. If a vendor has been asked to leave the convention, their application for the next convention will be brought before the committee to discuss the acceptance. If the application is rejected, the vendor will not be allowed to reserve a booth at any future RFC conventions.
If the violation is grievous enough, RFC Staff Members reserve the right and obligation to contact the local law enforcement to assist in the situation.
