About the application

Boo Orlando! is a one of a kind first annual Halloween event that features a Spooky Halloween Experience + Carnival + Entertainment. If you know Made With Max Events, you know our events are like none-other! Partner with us for the VERY first ever Boo Orlando! This event is for all ages, safe, fun and spooky! 

 

We are planning for 5,000 people per day with a maximum of 15,000 attendees!

 

Event Date: October 24-26, 2024

Event Time: 5:00PM - 10:00PM

Vendors must commit to all three days!

Menus must be sent in by Saturday, OCT 5th and approved by Made with Max (details in terms and conditions).

  • Absolutely no late arrivals or early departures (you will be charged a $150 fee)!

  • This event is a juried event. This means that not everyone who applies will be accepted as we only have 10 food trucks & 10 food booths spaces and will limit the number in each category. We will carefully consider each vendor based on the quality of their merchandise and the mix of their products. So please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. ONCE ACCEPTED YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED. ALL ACCEPTED VENDORS MUST HAVE A FACEBOOK PAGE.
     
  • Please follow our main page for marketing material and interactions with customers prior to the event! We always encourage vendors to tag themselves and post the products they will be bringing for more exposure!

    Vendor Pricing + Spacing: The vendor fee for this market is between $700-800. This is an OUTDOOR event and we allow 10x10 tents and REQUIRE tent weights.

     
  • YOUR TENT WEIGHTS MUST WEIGH 25 LBS EACH!!! IF THEY DO NOT THEN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE YOUR TENT DOWN. DISC WEIGHTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!!!! DO NOT BE UPSET IF YOU DID NOT READ THE APPLICATION DESCRIPTION. THIS IS TO PROTECT PEOPLE AND PRODUCT FROM YOUR TENT FLYING AROUND THE FIELD. :) 
     
    • VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE EVENT. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY PLEASE COME TO THE INFO TENT AND LET US KNOW. 
     
    Accepted vendors will be notified from Eventeny. All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS this includes canceled events due to bad weather! We do not allow CREDIT TRANSFERS for any event. We have to pay our staff, designers, rental fees, security, parking staff, etc. 
     
  • WEATHER POLICY: While most of the times all markets are RAIN or SHINE! There is a chance the weather will be severe and compromise the safety of others! The safety of vendors and patrons always comes first! In the chance of weather cancellation, we have a NO REFUND / NO CREDIT policy.

    SCAM ALERT: No one will ever send acceptance letters or ask for payment other than EVENTENY & MADE WITH MAX, LLC. We will not be responsible for any monies paid to anyone outside of MADE WITH MAX, LLC THROUGH EVENTENY.

    ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: We will not limit or watch how many/much alcohol you are drinking, but please keep in mind that if a vendor is witnessed being belligerent or disruptive due to alcohol, your business will be asked to leave immediately and you will not be welcomed back at future events. What is considered "excessive" will be completely up to Made with Max, LLC administration. No refund credits will be given if you're asked to leave due to behavior. Drink at your own discretion.

     Liability
    • The Event Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the vendor's property, employees, or volunteers.
    • The vendor is solely responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the vendor or its employees or volunteers.
    Indemnification
    • The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the vendor's participation in the event.

Live Illusionist Show – Magic and illusions that will leave the whole family amazed. Carnival Games – Fun for all ages, just $1 per game. $1 Tattoo Stations – Temporary tattoos for kids and adults alike. Food Extravaganza – A variety of delicious bites from 20 local food trucks and vendors. Tickets are just $15 for kids and $20 for adults, with group rates available for 10 or more. Terms & Conditions

Made with Max, LLC - No Refunds & No Transfers Policy for Vendor Trucks/Booths

 

1. No Refunds Policy - All vendor booth sales for events hosted by Made with Max, LLC are final. Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor. By purchasing a vendor booth, you agree that the sale is non-refundable and cannot be reversed. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and helps us plan and execute successful events.

 

2. No Transfers Policy - Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable. This means that once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor, or event. Any attempt to transfer your booth to another individual or company will void the reservation without refund or compensation. We do not allow transfers between events or to other vendors.

3. Agreement By reserving a vendor booth with Made with Max, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refunds & No Transfers Policy. This policy is binding upon confirmation of your purchase.

4. Make sure you pick up your trash daily and use the provided trash cans throughout the market. There will be a trash disposal fee of $50 if at the end of the market when we are going around cleaning and we see any zip ties, cigarette butts, bottle caps, or any other personal trash items in your booth space. 


PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Certificate of Insurance is mandatory
  • Vendors must provide their own electricity
  • Vendors must provide their own water
  • Early arrival is allowed up to 5 hours before the event - MUST be set up by 4pm on each day.

Cookies and candies: A wide range of cookies, chocolates, caramels, and other sweet confections. Ice cream and frozen treats: Ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and other frozen desserts. Specialty desserts: Unique or unusual desserts that may not be commonly found at other food vendors.
