About the event

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Autumn Craft Market. We invite all vendors to participate and showcase their unique products and services, helping us create a vibrant and diverse market atmosphere. Limited availability due to high demand and we are ONLY accepting a couple vendors per category in order to maximize sales for our vendors. We are looking for handmade crafts, homemade goods or products. ALL items need to be made/created by you the vendor. Therefore, whether you offer handmade crafts, delicious treats, holiday decorations, or anything in between, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community, meet new customers, and spread joy. It is free for the public to attend the market. *** We are NOT accepting any vendors for glitter epoxy tumblers, sublimation tumblers and/or silicone beads product.*** EVENT DETAILS: Date: Saturday, November 16th Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Mt. Olive Church in Dallas, Georgia. Set-up: 7am-9:30am All booths must be weighed down to ensure wind does not compromise your booth or others' safety. There will be NO wifi access and NO electricity available. BOOTH INFORMATION: All booths are outdoor and approximately 10'D x 10'W and vendor must keep all setup within the boundaries of their designated area. All spaces are on asphalt. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, tablecloths and all display and set-up materials. Boss Mama Kreations is not responsible for supplying you with any of these items. Tent and tent weights are required. Absolutely no steaks are permitted. We want to leave the space as nice and clean as when we arrived. APPLICATION FEES: There is a non-refundable $20 application fee. Booth fees are $125 for a regular 10 x 10 booth. Fees are nonrefundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file immediately after acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. Vendor fees are nonrefundable, extenuating circumstances aside. BOOTH CLEAN-UP: No booth will be dismantled or removed from it's assigned space prior to the end of the event. You must pack everything up before bringing your vehicle back into the market space for loading. All vendors MUST clean up their booth space prior to departure. About the application

Thank you for your interest in vending with us. This is the Food Vendor Application for the Autumn Craft Market presented by Boss Mama Kreations at Mt. Olive Church. Located at 1025 East Memorial Drive, Dallas, Georgia. 

 

This application is for Food Tent or Food Truck Vendors ONLY. If you are an Artist, please complete the *Artist Application.

 

Application deadline is Monday, November 4th, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST. 

 

To apply, please click on "Start Application" below; there is a non-refundable $20 application fee. We are looking for products that are unique (i.e. hand-made or custom made) and high quality. As our team will be reviewing hundreds of applications, please include as much information as possible to help us make our decisions. Please make sure to submit a complete application with working/clickable links. 

 

APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application to participate in the Autumn Craft Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application and Selection Process
   - All applications are subject to review and approval by Boss Mama Kreations Management Team.
   - Acceptance is based on the uniqueness and quality of products.
   - Vendors will be notified of their acceptance status within 1 week of application submission.

2. Vendor Fees and Payments
   - All vendor fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.

   - Vendor understands that there will not be a refund for the event if unable to attend, unless prior arrangements were made with the organizer. 
   - Payment of vendor fees is required upon acceptance to secure your booth space.


3. Event Participation

   - Vendor understands that flea market, yard sales, or rummage sale items are not allowed; video games, DVD's, trading cards, CD's, used clothing of any kind, or other items of such.
   - Vendors must comply with all setup and breakdown schedules as specified.
   - Booths must remain operational and open to customers throughout the event hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
   - Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment for their booth, including tables, chairs, displays, and canopy tents.

4. Health and Safety
   - All food vendors must provide a valid health permit and comply with local food safety regulations.
   - Vendors must follow all health and safety guidelines as directed by event staff, including any COVID-19 related protocols if applicable.

5. Conduct and Compliance
   - Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
   - Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
   - Vendors must adhere to all event guidelines and regulations as outlined.


6. Liability and Insurance
   - Vendors participate in the event at their own risk. The event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event.
   - Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance to cover any potential risks.


7. Use of Space
   - Vendors must maintain a clean and orderly booth space throughout the event.
   - No stakes are allowed for securing tents; suitable weights must be used instead to prevent any damages to the ground.
   - All trash must be removed from the booth area before departure. Failure to comply will result in not being invited to another event host by Boss Mama Kreations.


8. Marketing and Promotion
   - By participating in the event, vendors consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by event organizers for promotional purposes.
   - Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event through social media and other marketing channels.

 

9. Vendor agrees to release Boss Mama Kreations from any liability or loss during the event.

 

10. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Boss Mama Kreations nor any and all parties associated shall not be held responsible for any shortfall in vendor's sales and/or qquota. Boss Mama Kreations does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the level of sales or achievement of quota for the
vendor.

 

11. Boss Mama Kreations reserves the right to request any vendor displaying

inappropriate material or behavior to desist or depart without refund.

 

12. Refunds will not be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which the organizers have no control, and the risk of loss from such an event shall be borne by the exhibitor. This is an outdoor show with no rain date.

 

13. Amendments
    - The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.

This is an electronic agreement, by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically and by submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Food Vendor $180 Non-refundable Charged once approved to be a vendor, this fee is non-refundable. Space on Asphalt for Food Trucks/Trailers -no access electricity.
