The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. An application is a commitment to show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATION OR REMOVAL FOR CAUSE. The festival will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather, the show may be terminated at the discretion of the Director. No refunds will be made for bad weather
1. Non-Profit Organizations: Groups may display literature/projects that the group undertakes and supports. Non-Profit groups wishing to sell items must NOT sell items that will compete with any hand-made item sold by an artist or crafter. Exhibitors must provide non-profit documentation with the application.
2. All not for profit exhibitors must submit pictures displaying booth setup, any material on display, etc. Please note that jury decisions are based on your photos and information provided with your application. Please send the best photos you have available. Your photos are the most important factor in your acceptance/non-acceptance to the festival.
3. The APPLICATION DEADLINE IS December 31, 2024. Applications received after this date will be charged a $25 late fee and will not be placed with the first jury selections.
5. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell or give away concession food items or drinks. The Georgia International Horse Park has contracted with Proof of the Pudding as the exclusive concession and catering provider. Only food vendors approved by Proof of the Pudding are allowed to sell concession food items or drinks. Any other exhibitor selling or giving away concession food items or drinks will be removed from the festival without refund.
6. Each booth space is 10x10. Each exhibitor must keep within the 10x10 assigned space unless additional space has been purchased.
7. Booths must be neat in appearance and not distract from neighboring displays. Each space must be left clean at the end of the day. The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival is not responsible for damage to personal property or stolen property during the event or overnight. Overnight security is provided on Friday and Saturday nights.
8. All exhibitors will be required to supply their own tents, tables, chairs, electrical cords, etc.
9. Exhibitors are not allowed to stake tents into the asphalt or concrete on the show grounds. Bring a minimum of 50 lb weights per tent pole to secure your tent. All booths are located on asphalt unless notified otherwise.
10. Booths must be manned at all times and exhibit their work for the entire festival day. Exhibitors may not remove their work until the end of the festival day on Sunday. Vehicles will not be allowed onto the festival plaza for loading until the City of Conyers Police Department determines the plaza is safe for vehicle traffic. This may take some time and your patience is appreciated. It is best to break down your booth prior to retrieving your vehicle from vendor parking.
11. All exhibitors must sign the release statement in order for the application to be accepted.
12. Electricity is a PAID amenity. You must pay when you apply. Electricity is extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed.
13. Gas powered generators are strictly prohibited.
14. The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival reserves the right to reject any organization whose presentation, goals or objectives may be offensive and not in the best interest of the community.
15. Pets are not allowed in the festival area at any time.
16. No sound equipment such as radios, tape decks, CD players or stereos are allowed in exhibit area unless approved by festival staff.
17. Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area after setup time is over or during the festival.
18. An exhibitor failing to meet all of the requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the festival area or will be disqualified.
