The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. An application is a commitment to show. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATION OR REMOVAL FOR CAUSE. The festival will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather, the show may be terminated at the discretion of the Director. No refunds will be made for bad weather.
1. All items sold during the festival must be pre-approved by Proof of the Pudding. Exhibitors may only sell items that are accepted. Any items sold that were not listed on the application or not accepted must be removed from the festival.
2. While all of the rules and regulations of the Department of Human Resources Public Health on Food Service for Temporary Food Establishments must be met, due to changes in the Georgia Food Service Regulations, a health permit from the Rockdale County Health Department will not be required for this event. Exhibitors failing to meet all rules and regulations may be asked to leave the festival area without refund.
3. Submit a total of (3) pictures that accurately represent your booth display and setup.
4. Submit a menu of items you wish to be juried. Include prices for all items.
5. The APPLICATION DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 31, 2024.
6. Each booth space is 10x10. Each exhibitor must keep within the 10x10 assigned space unless additional space has been purchased.
7. Carbonated beverages and bottled water sold during the festival must be purchased from Proof of the Pudding.
8. Ice must be purchased through Proof of the Pudding.
9. A minimum $1 million liability insurance certificate naming the City of Conyers, Proof of the Pudding, and The Georgia International Horse Park as additional insured is required.
10. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
11. Booths must be neat in appearance and not distract from neighboring displays. Menus with prices must be posted for easy visibility to the festival guests. Each space must be left clean at the end of the day. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own trash removal. Dumpsters will be located near the food areas for your convenience. The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival is not responsible for damage to personal property during the event. Overnight security is provided on Friday and Saturday nights.
12. All exhibitors will be required to supply their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, equipment, electrical cords, table covers, water hoses, etc.
13. Exhibitors are not allowed to stake tents into the asphalt or concrete on the show grounds. If setting up a tent bring a minimum of 50 lb weights per tent pole to secure your tent. All booths are located on asphalt unless notified otherwise.
14. Exhibitors are required to handle their own Sales Tax.
15. Booths must be manned at all times and must remain open from 9:30AM-5:00PM for the entire festival day. Exhibitors may not remove their setup or equipment until the end of the festival day on Sunday. Vehicles will not be allowed onto the festival plaza until the Conyers Police Department determines it is safe for vehicle traffic.
16. All exhibitors must sign the release statement in order for the application to be accepted.
17. Electricity is a PAID amenity. You must pay when you apply.
18. Gas powered generators are strictly prohibited.
19. The Conyers Cherry Blossom Festival and Proof of the Pudding reserve the right to reject any organization whose presentation goals or objectives may be offensive and not in the best interest of the community.
20. Pets are not allowed in the festival area at any time.
21. No sound equipment such as radios, tape decks, CD players or stereos are allowed in exhibit area.
22. Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area after setup time is over or during the festival.
24. An exhibitor failing to meet all of the requirements and regulations may be asked to leave the festival area without refund or will be disqualified.
