10x10 Tent Rental Package Add-On | $51.50 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | One 10x10 professional grade tent with table and chairs that will be set up for you by TMOD staff. Base rate of $100/day + $50 deluxe rental and set up + 3% Commercial Lease Fee. Please select the total number of set ups you will need for the season. There are 33 Thursday markets for the October 2024 - May 2025 season. If you are only selecting this option for some, but not all, of the season's dates please indicate in your application notes which dates you will need set up for. This option is subject to availability and will be scheduled manually to charge on the 1st of each month for the selected dates within that month. |
Sandbag Tent Weights (Set of 4) | $20.00 (+ tax and fees) | Non-refundable | If you do not have the required tent weights you have the option to rent them from The Market on Dearborn. Please select the quantity to correspond with the number of dates needed for the season. There are 33 Thursday markets for the October 2024 - May 2025 Season. If you do not need weights for each market, please indicate the date(s) you will need them in your application notes. The rental fee will be manually scheduled to the market date(s) selected. If you do not rent or provide your own appropriate weights, please note that you will have to use TMOD provided weights and the $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. |

- Are you a returning TMOD vendor?
- Please upload proof of policy for $1 million in liability insurance.
- I agree that upon acceptance to The Market on Dearborn, I will add The Market on Dearborn as an additional insured on my liability policy by my first market day. I understand that if I do not add TMOD as an additional insured, I will not be permitted to set up and will not receive a refund for any days missed as a result.

- Booth fees will not be refunded if the Vendor is asked to leave The Market on Dearborn by TMOD staff or a government agency due to non-compliance with market or government regulations.
- I agree that if I do not rent or provide my own appropriate tent weights, that I will have to use TMOD provided weights and the $20 fee will be charged to my card on file.
- I understand that I am committing to multiple dates each month, as outlined in the terms and conditions, with this application. I understand that I will be charged each month on the 1st by The Market on Dearborn for the for the dates that I selected. I understand that I am responsible for selecting the corresponding dates within the pricing section.
