• Description of the items you will be selling. You cannot sell political, sexual, racial etc... items at the event. We want to make sure we put on a fun and safe family event.
• NC Sales Tax ID - this is your sale tax ID with NC, this is not your social security. You get this for free at https://www.ncdor.gov/taxes-forms/sales-and-use-tax/sales-and-use-tax-registration
• By signing below I agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I recognize this is a rain or shine event meaning there is no alternate “rain date”. If the event is cancelled by COVID-19. I also understand there is no alternate date and no refund. I recognize that In The Park Events LLC or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. I agree to the rules and regulations stated in the application.
• I also understand if I cannot attend the event for whatever reason there is no refund.
• I understand there is no WIFI, no power hookup, no water hookup. I also understand I am responsbile for for my own trash being hauled off. If I leave trash behind I understand am subject to a trash fee of $50 and it will be charged to the card on file.
