We’re looking for a diverse array of local vendors, from seasoned artisans to passionate hobbyists, to showcase handmade goods and tasty culinary treats. This event is FREE to the public and will feature live music, delicious food, and fun family activities, making it a perfect opportunity to connect with the community and share your creations. Main, Merchant, and Parker Streets will be closed to vehicle traffic so everyone can enjoy the holiday stroll safely. To help you shine, we’ll promote the event through our website, social media, and local advertising. We encourage you to use your own social media to share the excitement and consider offering special deals or discounts to attract more visitors to your booth. Plus, to make it even easier for you, we will cover the business license for the day! Join us in making this holiday season special. We can’t wait to see what you bring to our fair! We’re excited to help you make the most of this opportunity to connect with the community and enhance your business presence during the festive season!

REQUIRED DOCUEMNTS: 

• Drivers License / State ID 

• County Health Permit (Special Events) 

• Certificate of insurance that includes BOTH an Additional Insured endorsement AND Primary/Non-contributory endorsement

PREPARED FOOD VENDORS MUST ALSO SUBMIT:

• CA Sellers Permit (where applicable) 

• Signed City of Vacaville high-risk vendor waiver / agreement to provide insurance.
