The West Valley Holiday Marketplace is the PREMIER shopping event of the season! With over 100 hand-selected vendors, you're sure to find something for everyone on your shopping list. About the application

This application is for a vendor booth November 22nd & November 23rd, 2024 during the West Valley Holiday Marketplace, West Valley, Utah.  

The West Valley Holiday Marketplace is an annual event hosted by Good4Life Markets a few weeks before Christmas. All vendors must provide products geared towards shopping for Christmas and other Winter Holidays.
 
The location of this event is West Valley City Family Fitness Center, 5415 W 3100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120.   

Terms & Conditions

Official vendor times are:
  • Friday, November 22nd, 2024 |  2pm - 8pm
  • Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 |  10am - 6pm
  • Setup is Friday, November 22nd from 12pm - 2pm
  • IMPORTANT:  All vendors must be set up no later than 15 minutes before the start of the selling day. Good4Life Markets will be onsite and available for questions two hours before the start of the selling day and until one hour after the close of the selling day.
 
We welcome the following types of vendors*:
  • Boutique Items/Artisans/Crafters
  • School Groups
  • Non-Profit Groups
  • Youth Entrepreneurs
  • Off-site Prepared Foods (bakeries, bottled/canned items, etc.)
  • Food Trucks (limit of 3 per day)
 
BOOTH FEES:
10' wide x 8' deep booth:
$20 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application.
$80 non-refundable booth fee, charged to your credit card on file upon acceptance to the market.
 
8' wide X 6' deep booth: 
$20 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application.
$55 non-refundable booth fee, charged to your credit card on file upon acceptance to the market.
 
Canopies WILL NOT be permitted as booth spaces are maximum 8ft x 10ft - too small for a 10x10 canopy - and because this is an indoor event. Please make any changes to your booth setup accordingly.
Good4Life Markets does not provide tables or chairs. ​
 
Submission of this application does not guarantee a booth space at the West Valley Holiday Marketplace. Your application will be vetted by a Good4Life Markets jury committee once submitted.
Once selected, your acceptance constitutes a "contract" between you and Good4Life Markets. If you have questions, you can call or text the Market Director: Denise (801) 413-8973.
 
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to determine both event vendors and booth locations.
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to limit similar or identical vendors.
Good4Life Markets reserves the right to communicate with applicants by email, mail, phone, and text.

Prices

Application Fee $20 Non-refundable All applications must be accompanied by a one-time $20 non-refundable application fee.
8' wide x 6' deep space. (space only - does not include tables, chairs, etc) $55 Non-refundable This lower booth fee is for an 8' wide x 6' deep booth space at the West Valley Holiday Marketplace on November 22nd and November 23rd, 2024.
10' wide x 8' deep space (space only - does not include tables, chairs, etc) $80 Non-refundable

  • Booth fees will not be refunded if the Vendor is asked to leave the West Valley Holiday Marketplace by Good4Life Markets or a government agency due to non-compliance with market or government regulations.
  • Canopies WILL NOT be permitted as booth spaces are maximum 8ft x 10ft - too small for a 10x10 canopy - and because this is an indoor event; Please make any changes to your booth setup accordingly.
  • I have read the Good4Life Markets Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them during the 2024 West Valley Holiday Marketplace.
  • The West Valley Holiday Marketplace will take place in RAIN or SHINE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITED BOOTH FEES for cancellations or no-shows.

  • You will receive a copy of your application by email. If you don't see an email from Good4LifeMarkets@gmail.com within ten business days, check your spam folder and then call/text Denise (801) 413-8973, the Market Director. When accepted, you will also receive more detailed information for the event, ie; booth setup, payments, setup/teardown instruction, market policies for the West Valley Holiday Marketplace.
