About the event

Pride-SWFL, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and empowering the LGBTQIA+ community in Southwest Florida. As the host of one of the largest Pride celebrations in the region, we bring thousands of people together to honor diversity, inclusivity, and love. Our commitment goes far beyond the festivities. Pride-SWFL, Inc. has worked to create accepting and inclusive spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community. As a proud co-partner of the Goldberg Center, Fort Myers' first LGBTQIA+ community center, we are at the heart of fostering support, education, and empowerment for all. Your support directly helps fund and sustain the Goldberg Center, ensuring that we can continue to offer vital resources, peer support, and educational programming to the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. At Pride-SWFL, Inc., we believe in the power of community and are dedicated to making Southwest Florida a place where everyone can thrive.

Non-Profit 10x10 Space $75 Non-refundable Non-Profit 10 x 10 Space (w/ proof of 501(c)3) (All Vendors can bring their own tent(s). Please note per fire department all tents are required to have a fire extinguisher and tent flame retardant information. Tents per code will be required to have tent weights or a stake on each corner. Please no camping tents or tarps. This is a space to showcase your Non-Profit.
Electrical Outlet $85 Non-refundable This option is to add access to electricity for your booth. Cost is in addition to your booth space. Maximum electricity is 120v, 20 amp for one space. You must provide extension cords. We recommend bringing 100' of extension cords. Spaces will be located by the generator, which could result in an increased noise level.
Logo is on the PrideSWFL.com Vendor Page $35 Non-refundable We use the logo that was uploaded on page 1 of your application.
