Saturday, September 18, 2021 Open to the Public: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Citrus County Auditorium, 3610 S. Florida Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450 Setup/Load-In: Friday, September 17th 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. | Saturday, September 18th, 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Breakdown/Load-Out: Saturday, September 18th, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

REGISTRATION: Citrus County Chamber members receive first right of refusal/preference. SET UP / TEAR DOWN 1) 8' x 8' exhibit space. Exhibitors provided one 8 ft. table/ two folding chairs (placed in assigned space) Limited (perimeter) spaces with access to an electrical outlet. Electrical outlet (110) access additional $10.00. Exhibitor to provide extension cord. MUST provide guard-dog and/or mat to safely cover the extension cord. 2) No exhibitor may sublet; representation of a secondary commercial or charity to jointly work a booth or change the business (of the approved application) is prohibited. No trading, relocating of exhibitor space is permitted, unless otherwise directed/agreed upon with Erika Corley (Special Events Manager, Chamber of Commerce) 3) Exhibitors must keep their display within assigned 8x8. 4) The mounting of signs, banners, etc. (on) walls is prohibited. Non-complaint exhibitors will be charged a $50.00 damage fee. 5) Exhibitors must be set up 8:30am day of the event. 6) All areas of the exhibit space must be free of clutter, trash, debris, etc. Extra inventory, literature, trash, etc. may be kept under the table, out of the exhibitor space/walkway 7) Early breakdown will not be permitted; unless otherwise instructed by Erika L. Corley (Citrus County Chamber Special Events Manager) 8) Exhibit space tear down to begin 1:00pm. No trash, trash bags, empty boxes, etc. may be left in the space. Failure to comply could result in further participation of Chamber Events, and/or a garbage-clean up fee charged to the exhibitor. 9) Smoking and/or vaping in the Citrus County Auditorium is PROHIBITED! 10) Materials that link, show or infer sexual content; conduct or encourage illegal, immoral, and/or unethical activity; slanderous, and/or vulgar materials/displays/literature is PROHIBITED. Non-compliant exhibitors will be SHUT DOWN immediately, no refund given, and will not be permitted to participate in future Citrus County Chamber of Commerce events, festivals, and/or parades.
