- I understand that no tables, chairs or tents will be provided
- I understand that my pop up tent needs to be weighed down with 100 lb weights on each leg, that's 400 lbs total.
- I understand that setup will be Friday, September 13, 2024
- Provide a list of products that you plan to sell at the event
- Signed Exhibitor Agreement (sign highlighted sections but please read the whole thing)

- Certificate of insurance naming Legacy Events LLC at 2708 Summer St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413 and Surly Brewing Company at 520 Malcolm Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 as additionally insured
- I understand that Legacy Cup will not allow any sale of illegal items at our event.
- I understand that my booth must remain staffed and opened until the end of the festival and if it is now I will be charged $350 early exit fee
- I understand that I will not be allowed to sell food items at the event
- I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up my booth and the area under my booth and if I do not I will be charged $350 clean up fee
- I understand that I will not have power unless I paid for the power add on
- I understand that the best way to communicate to the Legacy Cup team is through Eventeny Messaging
