Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the event as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. Non-profit is defined as one of the following:• A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service.• An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section 214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.

About the event

The ultimate Halloween paw-ty for you and your furry friends. Enjoy the pooch parade & costume contest (pre-registration required), dog friendly vendors and activities, raffle, free play at the dog park and more! Polite, leashed dogs are welcome (no retractable leashes). Dogs must be current on all necessary vaccinations.

Application fees	$25.00	Non-refundable	There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. The fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.
10x10 Non-Profit Booth	$25.00		Single booth space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
