2. Event Details:
- The Vendor agrees to participate in the “Max Your Summer Nights” event on Saturday, September 7th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Set-up time is at 4:00 PM.
- The event will take place at Good Roast at Kool Bear
- The Vendor is responsible for providing their own electricity, tent, table, chairs, and all necessary equipment for their booth.
3. Vendor Responsibilities:
- The Vendor agrees to adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- The Vendor agrees to maintain a clean and orderly booth area.
- The Vendor agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations as provided by the Event Organizer.
- The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, Made with Max Events, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the Vendor’s participation in the event.
4. Event Cancellation:
- In the event of inclement weather, the Event Organizer reserves the right to postpone the event. The Vendor will be notified of any postponement as soon as possible.
5. Fees:
- The Vendor agrees to pay a fee of $50 for participation in the event.
- Payment is due August 24, 2024.
6. Insurance:
- The Vendor agrees to provide proof of general liability insurance naming "Made with Max" as an additional insured.
7. Miscellaneous:
- This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
- Any modifications to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
