Additional information

  • Description of the items you will be selling. You cannot sell political, sexual, racial etc... items at the event. We want to make sure we put on a fun and safe family event.
  • NC Sales Tax ID - this is your sale tax ID with NC, this is not your social security. You get this for free at https://www.ncdor.gov/taxes-forms/sales-and-use-tax/sales-and-use-tax-registration
  • By signing below you understand and agree to the refund policy - Once your application has been approved, please be advised that all fees, including the booth fee, application fee, and spot reservation fee, are non-refundable. This policy remains in effect regardless of any inability to attend the event.
  • By signing below, I acknowledge there is no dumpster for us to use and no water, power or WiFi to hookup to. I also understand I cannot pull up and unload at my spot, I will need to cart or carry my items.
  • By signing below I agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I recognize this is a rain or shine event meaning there is no alternate “rain date”. If the event is cancelled by COVID-19 or State of Emergency or act of God or Severe Weather, that there is no alternate date and no refund. I recognize that In The Park Events LLC or any other party associated with this event is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items or property. I also understand if I cannot attend the event for whatever reason there is no refund. I agree to the rules and regulations stated in the application.
  • Would you be interested in providing one of the following items for our giveaway bags: coupons, small samples, or promotional items? These bags will be handed out to the first 100–200 attendees on the day of the event. If you’d like to contribute, please ensure we receive the items at least 10 days before the event to allow time for bag preparation.
