Vendor - 10' x 10' space | $165.00 | Non-refundable | Vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s) or rent through the event (see below). Tables and chairs are included for sponsors. Vendor space is 10’ deep x 10’ long (orange spaces on layout). Tablecloths of any color can be used. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome, but are limited to 6’ in height. No tents or canopies are allowed inside the mall. |

- What does your business offer? Please list the types of services, products, programs, etc.
- Will you have a free activity, screening, or hand out samples in your space? If your activity requires additional space, let us know so that we can accommodate your needs.
- Please list the product/service you would like to donate for the door prizes. This is for the door prize sessions hosted throughout the event by the deejay.
- Do you have a location preference? Please review the10-27 layout and list any table location preference you have. We do our best to accommodate requests.
- Vendors must have 1,500 pieces of Halloween candy to hand out to trick-or-treaters. This is required.
- By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as indicated on this application and contract. I agree to sell only those items as listed. If I change/add a new category or merchandise, I must submit a request to the promoter. Any vendor/sponsor that does not comply with the rules and regulations will not be invited to return.
