Join us for the Halloween Fest on Sunday, October 27th from 12:00-4:00 pm at the WestShore Plaza Mall! A fun, indoor trick-or-treating event with family-friendly businesses and resources handing out candy and showcasing what they offer. When the candy runs out, don't forgot to enjoy the FREE balloon animals, crafts, temporary tattoos, character meet & greets, obstacle course, and more fun activities. Come dressed up as a family and you might win a prize! Get Connected and RSVP RSVP to receive updates and schedules closer to the event. Overview of Event
The Halloween Fest returns to the WestShore Plaza Mall in Tampa on Sunday, October 27th from 12:00-4:00 pm. A fun, indoor trick-or-treating experience, this festival is free to the public and filled with interactive activities. The first 1,500 trick-or-treaters are guaranteed candy! Once they have finished trick-or-treating, families can enjoy meeting local businesses and participating in fun activities.
 
Our Halloween Fests are heavily attended by thousands of families. Offering direct access to the family market, this event is an outstanding opportunity for sponsor branding, marketing, cross-promotion, product or service showcase, and a powerful vehicle for positive community influence. 
 
Similar to our other events, local businesses are on hand to share their products and services focusing on health & wellness, education, safety, special needs, and other important family-related topics. Free kids’ activities include temporary tattoos, balloon animals, character meet & greets, crafts, fun photo ops, obstacle courses and more fun. 
 
Advertising, Publicity & Promotion 
The Tampa Halloween Fest is heavily promoted using a combination of radio, print, digital and social media advertising. WestShore Plaza will also be promoting the event via mall wide advertisements & posters. 
 
What Makes Our Events Different?
We are different because we do not charge for the many fun activities onsite! A lot of family and kid-friendly events charge $10 or more in admission, and even more for activities. We want our attendees to focus on our sponsors and vendors.

Terms & Conditions

1. EXHIBITS - Display material must be confined to the vendor/sponsor space. No placard, stickers, or other signs relating to nonpaid businesses will be allowed. Only one business per space; tables cannot be shared by two businesses.
2. NO REFUNDS – There are no refunds for any reason if vendor/sponsor cancels.
3. PLACEMENT - Space will be assigned at the discretion of Show Management. 
4. SALE OF MERCHANDISE - Must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. 
5. CLEAN UP – Vendor/sponsor is responsible for removal of their boxes, pallets, trash, etc. Vendors who do not remove their trash will be subject to a $30 fine. 
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Vendor/sponsor agrees to hold Washington Prime Group, WestShore Plaza, and Touch of Magic Events LLC harmless and blameless and will make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against Show Management, its officers, agents, employees, or the lessors or owners of the Facility for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property, nor for any injury to it or its employees, agents, or invitees while in the Facility. 
7. CARE AND STAFFING OF EXHIBITS - All coverings of exhibits must be removed, and vendor/sponsor must be on duty no later than 10 minutes prior to the opening of the show. The table must be manned until the event ends. No more than three representatives may occupy a single vendor/sponsor table at a time.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS - Vendor/sponsor shall not engage in any display, publication, performance, or other activity which conflicts with any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance, nor shall exhibitor, or its representatives or employees, engage in any lewd display, publication or performance. Vendor/sponsor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental permits and licenses. 
9. NO GUARANTEE OF ATTENDANCE - Show Management does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance at the Event. Vendor/sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund, in full or in part, of any amounts paid based on actual attendance level.
10. FIRE AND SAFETY LAWS - Vendor/sponsor is responsible for complying with all Federal, State and City laws. Wiring must comply with fire department and underwriter's rules. Smoking in exhibits is forbidden. Crowding will be restricted. No vendor/sponsor shall bring into the facility any combustibles. All decorations must be flame proof.
11. TEAR DOWN - Early breakdown is strictly prohibited. Vendors/sponsors who are found to break down early will not be invited back for future shows.
12. RESCHEDULING OF EVENT POLICY - Certain events can pre-empt a show, such as COVID-19. As a result, show management may have to reschedule an event. If an event is rescheduled, all contracts and payments are binding to the rescheduled date. If unable to attend the new date, you will receive a credit for a future show.
13. VENDOR/SPONSOR TRADE - If the agreed upon activities or items are not provided, vendor/sponsor cancels, or vendor/sponsor breaks activities down before the event is over, the full value of the trade will be due immediately.

Prices

Vendor - 10' x 10' space $165 Non-refundable Vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s) or rent through the event (see below). Tables and chairs are included for sponsors. Vendor space is 10’ deep x 10’ long (orange spaces on layout). Tablecloths of any color can be used. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome, but are limited to 6’ in height. No tents or canopies are allowed inside the mall.
Vendor - 8' x 12' space $165 Non-refundable Vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s) or rent through the event (see below). Tables and chairs are included for sponsors. Vendor space is 8’ deep x 12’ long (yellow spaces on layout). Tablecloths of any color can be used. Backdrops, signage, and displays are welcome, but are limited to 6’ in height. No tents or canopies are allowed inside the mall.
Table Rental $25 Non-refundable 6' Table with Black Linen. Rental applies to vendors only as tables are included for sponsors.
Chair Rental $5 Non-refundable Rental applies to vendors only as chairs are included for sponsors.
Electricity $30 Non-refundable Rental applies to vendors only as electricity is included for sponsors.

  • Vendors must have 1,500 pieces of Halloween candy to hand out to trick-or-treaters. This is required.
  • By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as indicated on this application and contract. I agree to sell only those items as listed. If I change/add a new category or merchandise, I must submit a request to the promoter. Any vendor/sponsor that does not comply with the rules and regulations will not be invited to return.
