Food Vendors (Food Trucks/Restaurants/Catering Companies etc)

Please find the Full Event Details document below, under Related Files and review before submitting your application to be considered as a participant.  This event is essentially our 321: Food Fest & Craft Fair  with a Holiday Theme! 

This family-friendly event will also feature Holiday Displays, Holiday Lights, Holiday Meet & Greets with Characters, Santa Photo Op, Holiday Themed Activities and Decorations!

Holiday Themed Activities and Decoration and Attractions will all be FREE to the attendees to maximize attendance!

As always, the event will also feature Alcohol/Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Music, a Large Vendor Marketplace/Craft Fair, a Game Area, and More! 

 We plan to market this event heavily to make it an absolute and total success for our vendors again! We have been hosting successful events for several years in Melbourne FL and Palm Beach County FL!  This 2 DAY (Friday Night and Saturday) event will allow you to capitalize on increased attendance and sales! Please review the terms & conditions to understand the vendor guidelines. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

The Space Coast's Largest and Most Festive Holiday Food Festival and Craft Fair Event! Friday, Dec. 6th 2024 | 5PM - 10PM Saturday, Dec. 7th 2024 | 12PM - 10PM

Vendors are responsible for their own set up/station. Including cooking equipment, tents/tables, tent weights/stakes, power, lights etc.

Vendor agrees to arrive by the later designated required time for set up and fire code inspection. Typically vendors must be fully set up, “ready to go” 3 hours before the start of the event.

This is a HOLIDAY themed event!  All Food Vendors will be agreeing to Feature either Holiday Themed menu items, or Holiday themed Menu item names, as well as decorate their station in some holiday fashion** **There will be a CASH PRIZE for the "Best Decorated" Holiday Themed Station! Vendors will sell items for at most $5.00 per serving and have at most (5) food menu items.

Vendor’s menu items must be listed and sold as A LA CARTE. Not offering meal deals, sides included in individual menu items etc.
Vendor agrees to stop vending at 10:00PM on the First day (Friday) and 10:00PM on the second day (Saturday).

Vendor agrees to be on-site and ready to go by 10:30am the second day of the event.  Ready to serve customers for the open of the gates at NOON on the second day.

Vendor shall leave the Location free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before the Vendor arrived.

Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event. Vendors may be required to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to Battle Bros LLC, and will be required to show active DBPR Food License/Catering License and other Fire Code Required Paperwork per the County/State etc. *Unless obtaining a Temporary DBPR Food Permit for the event. *All vendors are required to sell Bottled Water, priced at $2.00 and of 16.9oz in size. Vendor agrees to pay 50% of Sales generated from their beverage sales only to Host within 7 business days of the event.
 
Vendor may optionally sell canned/bottled soda/sports drinks, lemonades/specialty non-alcoholic beverages etc. 50% of sales generated from any/all beverage sales will paid to Battle Bros LLC within 7 days of the event. Vendors keep 100% of their food sales, and are not required to provide any "free" items to attendees nor any type of ticket holder. Food Vendors will provide Battle Bros LLC with a $200 “Non-Refundable” Fee to participate if approved for the event.
 
Food Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Food Vendor fails to appear or participate in the Event, and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, or withdraws from the event for any reason, the Food Vendor will not be refunded their $200 Fee.
