ValleyCon 50 is the celebration of popular culture! At the BUTLER ARENA and at the Ramada In, Fargo! The Fargo Fantastic Film Festival runs concurrent with ValleyCon at the Butler and Ramada but kicks everything off at the Fargo Theatre!

About the application

We are opening the first phase of booking for VALLEYCON 50!!

Much is being planned and the first big part is that VC50 will be at the BUTLER ARENA during the day and at RAMADA INN for all night-time activities!!

This allows for a much larger event with more space for everyone (and we will need it for the guests we are working on!). Never fear.. Friday night will still go to 9pm for BUTLER vendors and then kick in at 10pm at the Ramada! The Ramada main room will be one HUGE party space with poolside parties also kicking in! 

Do NOT delay in booking! This is the initial price only offered to ValleyCon vendors from the past 3 seasons and will be open for all soon as well! Prices WILL go up in regular intervals with a bigger jump right afer VC 49! We need to secure some things for this and so have decided to launch earlier. Please jump in!!

 

We had several applications that did not have payment attached... payment is REQUIRED at time of application and so it was automatically waitlisted. If you wanted to get in and found yourself in that position, message us and we'll see what we can do.

Terms & Conditions

This agreement between the VENDOR/DEALER and ValleyCon is to provide table(s) and chairs for a three-day event, ValleyCon 50. The Vendor/Dealer assumes entire responsibility and agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save VC and its agents harmless against all claims, loss, or damage to persons or property, arising out of or caused by Participant’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the Exhibit premises. The Vendor/Dealer also indemnifies and agrees to hold the Exhibit Facility and the legal entities which own, lease, and/or operate the Exhibit Facility, their members, officers and directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any or all damage to property or personal injury caused by Participant or its agents, representatives, employees, or any other person. This agreement for table space at VC indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all accompanying exhibit terms and conditions and general regulations listed on this document as well as such additional rules and regulations as VC deems necessary for the success of the event, provided these latter do not materially alter the Participant’s contractual rights. Neither VC, the Facility, nor the decorator or their agents can assume responsibility for any loss or damage to booths, equipment, or personal belongings on site. Insurance on all Exhibits is suggested and is the responsibility of the Participant. Neither VC nor its agents, assigns, or assignees, will assume any responsibility for property loss, damage, personal injury, or other claims related to the Participant's space. Participants are required to carry insurance to cover their property against damage and loss and public liability insurance for claims of injury to the person and property of others. The character of the Exhibit is subject to the approval of VC. VC retains the right to refuse the application of Participants not meeting standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail Exhibits or parts of Exhibits which reflect unfavorably upon the character of the meeting. Non-professional products or services are not to be displayed. Participants may not resell, sublet, give or otherwise transfer their space to any third party without express written consent by VC. Participant agrees to not engage in any activities considered disruptive including, but not limited to: packing and unpacking of merchandise outside areas leased to the Participant; transfer of merchandise into or through the Exhibit Hall during business hours; or any activity deemed by VC not in the best interest of VC or any of its participants. In the event the Participant, its contractors, agents, or employees fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, or otherwise detracts from the general educational character of the meeting, VC shall be permitted and empowered to terminate the Participant's right hereunder, and evict and remove the Participant and contractors hired by Participant from the premises, in which event the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid hereunder. All applications and payments are final-no refunds shall be available. In the event of a severe weather system in which the city authorities deem “No travel”, the event will be rescheduled. If this is not possible to complete, refunds will be available after a few weeks (required for completion of business arrangements).VENDOR/DEALER has read and agrees to this contract. Payment is required upon booking.

Single booth $145 Non-refundable SINGLE BOOTH-Front Facing with ONE SIDE OPEN
Deep booth $250 Non-refundable Double-deep booth!
Artist alley 6' space with 5' depth (no pipe and drape-you may use your own backdrop!) $50 Non-refundable Artist alley space, 6' wide by 5' deep. NO PIPE AND DRAPE but you may use your own backdrop if you keep it contained to your area. MAX 2 spaces! These are NOT regular vendor spaces but are for ARTISTS and AUTHORS.
Single booth with 2 SIDES OPEN SOLD OUT Non-refundable These are single booths but on a CORNER so 2 sides open.. you may book two on an end cap and also single booths behind to create a truly large space! *Pay no attention to the old map colors of the booths on right side.. they are single booths and will be corrected soon!
1/4 deep 10' wide space $75 Non-refundable Cool spaces between pillars facing the double deep booths (where panel and gaming spaces will also be).. these are not too deep, approximately 3' or so but a little leniency will be shown here as we envision cool displays to also vend!
