About the event

Meet officers from Lilburn and other areas, learn about safety, and check out a variety of cool vehicles at the city's annual National Night Out event! Support anti-crime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit, and build relationships with local law enforcement at this FREE annual event. Guests will be able to check out a variety of vehicles and learn about public safety issues at the City of Lilburn's annual National Night Out. The event will conclude with a K9 demonstration.

About the application

This application is for food vendors.  Be sure to answer all questions and upload all requested information in order to be considered.
Food vendor fee will be charged upon approval and you must have a valid credit card on file.  If your card is declined your application will be rejected.
This is an electronic agreement. When applying to be a vendor for this event you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Number and variety of vendors will be determined by the City of Lilburn.
  •  The City of Lilburn may remove a vendor for any reason.
  • If you submit an application for a specific truck or set up, that truck and setup should be the only one at the event. You can not substitute a truck unless this was arranged in advance with the Event Coordinator.
  • No-show trucks will be dropped from the rest of the schedule with no refund.
  • Vendors should arrive by 4 pm and be ready to sell by 6 pm. No sells after 8:30 pm.
  • Vendors who show up late will not be allowed in the event and will forfeit their vendor fee.
  • Only accepted vendors who have paid their fee will be permitted.
  • Grease will only be allowed in self contained cooking units and cannot be disposed of in the park.
  • All food trucks must have a fire extinguisher on board.
  • You can not serve alcohol or anything in glass bottles.
  • All events are outside rain or shine.

  • The City of Lilburn and its employees assume no liability for loss or injury. Applicant agrees to hold The City of Lilburn and its employees harmless for any loss or injury. Applicant agrees to abide by industry standards relating to safe food handling, preparation, and service. All vendors are personally responsible to take all precautions with regards to COVID-19 set forth by the CDC, Health Officials, and State of Georgia Guidelines in order to protect yourselves while attending this event. You recognize that you will be exposed to the public and many individuals at this event. By checking the box on this application, applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the policies and terms outlined in this document.
