GVG Events is excited to present something completely different! Starting in August 2024 we will be curating a variety of artists, makers and vintage curators to showcase their work INSIDE PONCE CITY MARKET! Join us inside Citizen Supply at Ponce City Market on Saturdays from 12-9pm and Sundays from 12-6pm to shop local and support tiny businesses!

About the application

Thank you for your interest in micro MRKT at Ponce City Market hosted by GVG Events! 
This event will take place Sunday 8/4/24 from 12-6pm.
 
For this event we are accepting vendors from the following categories...
 
  • Vintage (clothing, furniture, jewelry, housewares, collectibles)
  • Handmade Artisan Goods (jewelry, candles, health and beauty, leather works, stained glass, ceramics, upcycled fashion, etc.)(No wholesale, MLM or mass produced goods!)
  • Local Art (Original artwork such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, etc. Prints, stickers, shirts and other items are acceptable as long as they are being sold by the original artist only. No wholesale or mass produced goods!)
 
Vendor fee for this event is $125.00 plus a 6% processing fee
 
All spaces are 8'x8' and include (x1) 6' table with black tablecloth, (x2) chairs and pegboard divider walls with a variety of accessories to display your merchandise or clothing rack depending on your needs.
 
All spaces will be assigned upon arrival. 
 
Vendor spaces do not have access to power but there areoutlets available nearby to charge phones/tablets if needed.
 
Guest WiFi is available for free at Ponce City Market.
 
Hourly parking is available at Ponce City Market through LAZ.

Terms & Conditions

GVG EVENTS LLC RULES & REGULATIONS:
 
Please read below in its entirety for clear expectations of booth setup and requirements.
 
WITHDRAWAL/REFUND REQUESTS:
 
💠 14 Days to event date ~ Full Withdrawal and Full Refund
💠 7 Days to event date ~ 50% Refund
💠 Less than 48 hours ~ NO Refund
 
All emergency situations will be assessed on a case-to-case basis.
 
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
 
I agree to indemnify and hold GVG Events LLC, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in the GVG Events LLC, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my own property and responsible for securing my canopy and fixtures to prevent safety hazards and expressly assume all risk of loss and/or damage to property arising either directly or indirectly from my participation in the GVG Events LLC. I understand and agree that GVG Events LLC is in no way responsible for my property or its safekeeping.
 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for all items provided in my booth space (example tent, table, chairs etc.)
 
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN: Setup time is between 10:00AM - 11:30AM. All vendors must be set up and ready to vend by market open (12:00PM). Any vendors that arrive after the market opens, will have their spot forfeited and will NOT be allowed to set up. If for whatever reason, you cannot make your participating date, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to the market open to let us know. Breakdown can begin anytime after market close (9:00PM on Saturday and 6:00PM on Sundays). Breaking down early is not permitted. Vendors who leave early without permission may not be invited back for future markets. 

Prices

Single booth $125 Vendor fees for this event are $125.00 per day for an 8'x8' space. Each space includes (x1) 6' table with black tablecloth, (x2) chairs and pegboard divider walls with a variety of accessories to display your merchandise or clothing rack depending on your needs.
