Winterfest Gift Market Vendor Application

WINTERFEST GIFT MARKET 

On Saturday, December 14, Virginia Ave & Lanier Blvd will be closed to create the Winterfest Gift Market from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm -- a holiday gift fair including festive decor, music and drinks. It is free for the public to attend the market. There will also be a Tour of Lights, 2-mile Jingle Jog, Holiday Parade, and Kids Corner to complete the weekend. 

VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION

To apply, please complete the below form; there is a non-refundable $25 application fee. We are looking for products that are unique (i.e. hand-made or custom made) and high quality. As our team will be reviewing hundreds of applications, please include as much information as possible to help us make our decisions. Please make sure to submit a complete application with working/clickable links. 

TIMELINE

• Sept 22: Applications due by midnight 
• Oct 8: Vendor notifications
• Oct 22: Booth payment due by midnight

BOOTH INFORMATION

Vendors will be provided with a 10 ft wide x 10 ft deep empty space and must keep all setup within the boundaries of their designated area. Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display, including tables, tent, chairs, tablecloths, and other display items.

Your booth location and load in/out information will be provided prior to Dec 14. It is important for vendors to respect their assigned set-up time and to keep their booth in operation from 11:00 am until close of the market at 5:00 pm. Please do not miss your assigned set up slot and do not begin breaking down early.

• Rain or Shine; only $50 refund provided for inclement weather or other conditions beyond our control if the entire event shuts down prior to the start time.
• Once accepted, there is a $225 booth fee (plus processing fee) for participation.
• Vendors must have proof of insurance.
• Vendors must use a white tent.
• Vendors must adhere to load in/load out instructions.
• Our market has space for 55-65 vendors.
• Vendors offering alcoholic or drug-related products will not be accepted.
• We prioritize vendors offering handmade, custom, or unique items, and will not consider applications from those reselling mass-produced products.
