About the event

Game Jam South will be back in Huntsville at the Von Braun Center on February 22nd and 23rd! This will be a 2 day event in the East Hall with more space! We will have dozens of vendors selling Video Games, Toy, Trading Cards, and more! Special guests from the YouTube gaming community! VIP Tickets will include a special event shirt and one hour early entry both days!

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Game Jam South 2025

1. This application acts as a written contract between the Game Jam South and aforementioned party.

2. Game Jam South agrees to have set up time available for vendors on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We strongly recommend setting up on Friday. We will open doors for vendors at 7 AM the day of the event on the 22nd, but VIP’s will enter at 9 AM. We will need all vendors fully set up and ready at 8:30 AM at the latest.

3. Vendors must have booths staffed at all times during convention hours.

4. Breakdown is no earlier than Saturday at 5PM. Vendor agrees to vacate the convention premises by 8PM.

5. You may not park trailers behind the venue overnight or doing event times. The VBC Staff will tow vehicles.

6. Parking is not free for vendors at the event. There are several free options for parking downtown, but event parking will be available around the event center from $5-$10.

7. No refunds. This is a rain or shine event (event is indoors)

8. Game Jam South does not allow bootleg products. All reproduction products must be clearly marked. Game Jam South reserves the right to determine what is an acceptable reproduction product.

9. Game Jam South is not responsible for any loss or damage to vendors materials, goods, samples, or other property which may occur.

10. The Fan and artist tables are made strictly for advertising or selling home/handmade goods. If you are caught selling anything else you will be asked to leave.

11. Vendors will hold Game Jam South and the convention location harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
