About the event

The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation was established by The Carmines family with a mission to serve the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton community while honoring their son. Through our annual Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, we work to make a difference in our home and pay tribute to those who have come before us - while sharing some of the best seafood on the Island! Each and every ticket we sell helps to provide funds for non-profits that benefit our beloved Lowcountry, offer meaningful experiences rooted in Southern hospitality, and bring people together with a shared love of seafood. We are proud and humbled to be part of this vibrant community; giving back has never tasted better!

About the application

The Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival is a week-long event with unparalleled culinary experiences and cutting-edge brand activations with highly targeted attendees, renowned chefs, winemakers and spirit experts. Retailers and artisans can put their brand in direct contact with an audience of 8,000+ affluent consumers and industry decision-makers.
 
  • Friday Pig Pickin' & Oyster Roast - 900 in Attendance 
  • Saturday Seafood Festival Tasting Tent - 1,000 in Attendance 
  • Official Beverages have space in our Saturday Tasting Tent AND they are sold at our event bars during the Saturday Seafood Festival. If you would like to particpate as an Official Beverage please email hhiseafoodfestival@gmail.com

Terms & Conditions

Applications are subject to approval. Retail spaces are provided in 10 foot by 10 foot spaces. We provide your table, linen, signage and tasting glasses for guests. Tasting pours are asked to be between 2-3 ounces per person. 
 
Exhibitors Rules and Regulation
I acknowledge that all table, tents serving pieces, heating equipment refrigeration ect. Are the sole responsibility of the food vendor.  I understand that any other equipment and/or food safety guidelines procedures required by the of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the fire safety guidelines of the Hilton Head Township Fire Department are my sole responsibility. Please bring everything you need to set up your booth space and be sure to take all trash when you leave; there is a $100 fee for clean-up if required. 

Exhibitors are responsible for having their own Liability Insurance with at least a one million general liability limit.  Included with this application is a Copy of my Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival  as additional insured. 
 
Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration of your accepting my registration, as a participant in your event, I hereby for myself and, my company, employees, agents, heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I or my company, employees, agents’ heirs, executors and administrators may have against the Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival , including all representatives who are in any way connected with the Hilton Head The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation dba The Hilton Head Seafood Festival .
 
 

Prices

10 x 10 Space - Friday Pig Pickin' & Oyster Roast $400 Non-refundable 10’x10’ Tented space. We provide the 8’ table with linen, ice and bus tub for each exhibitor. All samples are 3 ounces. Attendance is 1,000 people. All product is donated through charities 501c3 liquor license.
10'x10' Tasting Tent Space - Saturday Seafood Festival $400 Non-refundable Limited availability for Beverage Exhibitors. Join our Saturday Seafood Festival Tasting Tent. We provide the 8’ table with linen, ice and bus tub for each exhibitor. Tastings are 3 ounces per person. Approximately 4,000 in attendance. All product is donated through charities 501c3 liquor license.
ALL IN (Save $100) - Friday Pig Pickin' & Oyster Roast AND Saturday Seafood Festival Participation $700 Non-refundable Includes 10’x10’ space during BOTH events Friday and Saturday. Sampling of 3 ounce product during Pig Pickin’ & Oyster Roast AND Saturday’s Tasting Tent. Table, linen, ice and bus tub are provided. All product is donated through charities 501c3 liquor license.
