About the application

Meet and Greet! A great place to connect with the emerging arts community and this northeast neighborhood!

Thank you for your interest in having a Non-profit/Business booth at the Overlea ArtsFest! Non-profit groups and commercial businesses who provide service or information to the artists or the local community are welcome to apply. 

The festival is an excellent venue for non-profit groups and local businesses who want to connect with potential customers within the Baltimore arts community and the local neighborhood. 

Businesses and nonprofits can purchase a single booth along the paths in the park.  All application fields must be filled out completely. Please submit one image of your usual booth setup for consideration. Preference will be given to vendors based in Maryland.

Waiver #1) Overlea Artfest Vendor Details

Waiver #2) Baltimore County Recreation and Parks Waiver

Waiver #3) Baltimore County Recreation and Parks Requirements 

Permit #4) Maryland Sales & Use Tax Permit (instructions included if you need one)

 

• You must have a tent to cover your booth and provide your own table/chairs/displays. 

• Your booth must be ready at 10 a.m. and remain until 5 p.m.

• You can come as early as 8 a.m. to set up. Your booth must be broken down by 6 p.m.
